Welcome to Artsy Retreat!

Centrally located, 8 minutes from Hollywood Beach and Broadwalk, and close to Fort Lauderdale airport and highway I-95. Our kitchen, dining, and living room share a stunning common area perfect for friends and family to enjoy.

Before checking in, we'll send you detailed instructions for self-check-in using our SMART DIGITAL TOUCHSCREEN CODE.

House Rules:

- Check-in: 4:00 PM, Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
- Parking: 2 cars max (respect our neighbors)
- No smoking indoors ($500 fine)
- Trash: Use large containers on the side corridor
- Hot Tub: Pre-filled on request or empty during stay
- No parties/loud gatherings without authorization (additional fee applies)
- Fireworks: Forbidden
- Personal items: Not responsible for lost/left items (we'll mail them to you at your expense)
- Pet policy: $30 fee, authorized in advance (max 1 pet)

Additional Reminders:

- Close doors/windows to keep insects out
- Turn off lights/hot tubs when not in use
- Guests responsible for kitchen/bathroom supplies and logging in/out of streaming accounts
- No candles indoors (except citronella candles outdoors)
- Report utility issues promptly

Special Requests:

- Commercial filming/photography/gatherings require authorization and $500 fee
- Alternative transportation: Taxis, Lyft, or Uber recommended

Important Notices:

- Parking: 2 designated spaces in the carport (avoid towing)
- Video surveillance and noise detectors: Outdoor cameras and noise monitoring
- Respect neighbors and follow government regulations
