Bathe in natural light as you step into the open-plan living space, where a beautifully appointed galley kitchen seamlessly flows into a sunlit lounge area. The expansive deck, adorned with classic Hamptons chairs, provides the perfect setting to savor breathtaking mountain sunsets with your favourite drink in hand.



Wander through the enchanting garden, where thoughtfully curated spaces invite moments of connection and serenity—from al fresco summer dining by the woodfired pizza oven to cozy evenings gathered around the fire pit under a starlit sky.

A leisurely stroll leads you to the beach, as well as a selection of charming local shops, bakery, daily grocer, and beloved cafés & restaurants serving the finest coffee and coastal fare.

Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company and just prior to your arrival we will ask for you to provide a copy of your ID as well as collect card details directly to secure a refundable deposit bond of $300.00 for your stay. We are governed by and respect the very strict privacy laws and your details will not be shared or kept. COAST HOSTING DOES NOT allow 3rd party booking without prior consent.

All COAST HOSTING homes are professionally deep cleaned and have the linen professionally laundered before each guest arrival. This ensures quality, consistency and the highest level of sanitisation

COAST HOSTING aims to provide a luxe, high tech experience for our guests. All of our homes have digital keyless entry, Alexa integration for music, timed temperature automation for arrival, air quality, fire safety and sound monitors as well as CCTV at the entry door for added guest security and peace of mind.

NOISE. This is a peaceful space so we require our guests to understand and adhere to the current noise guideline set out by AirBNB/Stays and the local council

There is a 'NO PARTY' Policy in place and enforcement will be swift, forfeiting remaining stay.

BREAKAGES. We understand that things happen however excessive damage will result in a claim. Please notify us of breakages.
