Located on the quiet west end of Folly, you can enjoy your own slice of the beach. There is a newly refurbished walkway to the sand and new back deck with lounge chairs to soak up the sun or catch up on a good book. This home is perfect for a large family or group looking to enjoy all of the fun Folly has to offer!

Inside the house you will find a game room w/billiards, a counter height game table, drink fridge, laundry closet, and comfy sofa and flat screen TV. Down the hallway, you will find a full bathroom and the 3 downstairs bedrooms (2 Queen/2 Double). One of the bedrooms has a private en suite bathroom. Upstairs you are welcomed by the comfortable second living room. The sectional couch and open floor plan makes this an ideal place for gathering. Off of the living room there is dining and the upgraded kitchen that has everything you need for preparing vacation meals! Down the hall from the kitchen you will find the other 3 bedrooms (2 Queen/1 King) and a full hallway bathroom. Through the upstairs sliding glass doors are a screened-in porch and deck space. Take in all the views with room for dining, reading and sunbathing. There is also a gas grill ready to be used! 915 W. Ashley allows up to 3 well behaved flea treated dogs pending approval and pet fees. We will need the breed and size of your dog(s) prior to approval. The rental includes parking onsite.
