"This was our first time to Folly Beach and we enjoyed it all. The house was spacious, very clean and close to everything. We walked to the beach with our wagon full of beach stuff but it wasn't a bad walk at all (even with a little one in the stroller). We also rented two bikes which helped if someone needed to go back to the house for something while we were on the beach. Shops, restaurants and bars were all within walking distance. Very quiet community so it definitely is not a "party" place...

"Wonderful clean space. We were super impressed when we arrive to see how well kept the property is. Even better, how close the beach was. We took advantage of that with morning beach walks every day. The beds were super comfy. The kitchen was big and was a great plus, we cooked every day. I was appreciative that the host was detailed in what was and was not included in the kitchen , as we were able to come fully prepared. The AC was cold and felt great after a day in the heat. "The property has amazing views. We enjoyed having the beach to ourselves during our visit. It felt like we were on a private island. We brought our dogs to the beach for the first time and they had a blast! Everything you need is on Folly. We enjoyed the Pier,Taco Boy, LoggerHead, The Bounty, and Bert’s store. It was a peaceful and much needed respite from our daily routines. We will definitely be back!"

"Enjoyed our time here relaxing. The deck was great to sun on and still have the Ocean feel to it, as there were so many surfers that you really couldn’t get in the water. A few boards on the deck need to be replaced, and the grill legs are rusted and needs to be replaced. Other than that we enjoyed our stay here and will consider it if we go back to Folly Beach."

"Enjoyed our stay at stones throw. Have a 2 year and 4 year old and it was close walk to beach access with two blocks and 4 blocks to playground. The area is very busy with visitors to beach on weekend, but was very walkable during the weekdays. Also very close to the beach city center with lots of great places to eat."

"The stay was nice. The location is great for access to the beach. The property was a little smaller than we anticipated, but we made good use of the outdoor space to be able to hang out after the kids went to sleep. The property stayed cool which was so refreshing after a day in the sun. No beach towels so make sure you bring them!"

"It was top notch location, though felt very private. We are young honeymooners so being close to the beach and everything going on was perfect. No need to drive/find parking. Huge plus was the outdoor shower for coming back from the beach. The place itself was super quaint and just what we needed! The property management was personable and available, great to communicate with, but gave us space our entire stay."

"My family and I loved this duplex. It’s literally right on the beach. Loved being able to walk down the steps and be on the beach. Loved the location. Also there were baby gates we could use. So helpful. Only bad thing I could say about this place are the steps from the first level to the second level are very steep. But shouldn’t be a problem for younger people. Would recommend staying here."
