Welcome to Beach Nuts 2! This classic beach home has lovely ocean views with the public beach access across the street to have your toes easily in the sand within minutes. Sunroom offers a comfortable setting with shade which leads out to the open deck to catch some rays and the ocean breeze.

Pastel colors perfectly accent the entire home for a soothing, beachy feel throughout. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and serve your family meals. Dining area that seats 6 seamlessly flows into the living room. Cozy up on the plush living area furnishings to watch your favorite shows on TV, or just chat while looking out onto the ocean. Sunroom is directly off of the living area with another table to dine for 4 or play games and loveseats. Head from here out onto the open deck to catch some sun or relax with a cool beverage in the evening.

Bedroom 1 includes a king bed. Guest bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Third guest bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed. Bedroom 4 is well-suited for the kids in the family with 1 twin-size bunk bed and 1 twin over a full bunk bed. Each full bathroom is a jack-n-jill bathroom. Bathroom 1 is shared between bedrooms one and two, which bathroom 2 is shared by bedrooms three and four. Stacked washing machine and dryer located in a room under the house, on the ground level. High quality linens and bath towel sets are provided for the maximum occupancy of the home, for 10 guests.

Dine outdoors on the picnic tables under the home, then walk directly across the street to the public beach access. Grill out on the gas grill provided on the back deck. Kids can play in the large backyard. Wash the sand off after a long day at the beach at the open outdoor shower.

Go into the Folly Beach downtown area, just 8.5 blocks away, to wander through local shops, markets (seasonal & holidays), listen to live entertainment, and eat at one of our local restaurants. All restaurants and shops are open year-round. Get out on the water to take a fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, shelling, or dolphin watching tour from a licensed guide. Surfing lessons are available through several companies and instructors. Find the local and tourist favorite, the Morris Island Lighthouse beach at the far east end of the island for wow-worthy photos!

Just a short, 25-minute drive will have you to historical, downtown Charleston to enjoy all of the charm that the Holy City has to offer. Here you will experience world-class dining, swanky boutiques, souvenir shopping along The Market, harbor views from The Battery and Waterfront Park, theater, comedy clubs, museums, grand churches, history, carriage and ghost tours, plus so much more. Customize your memorable trip to this historical city. Take the kids to the Children's Museum and the South Carolina Aquarium. Immerse yourself and the family in the Southern culture.

There is parking for 3 vehicles in the driveway area. Additional vehicles must find off-street parking where available and follow the City of Folly Beach rules. Ubers and Lyfts are very scarce on the island, please plan your transportation accordingly. Check-in is at 4:00pm and check out is at 10:00am.

Beach Nuts 2 is a non-smoking property. No pets are allowed. We provide 24-hour on-call staff for maintenance emergencies. No gatherings allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. **HOUSE SUPPLIES**
This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.
