Enjoy your morning coffee overlooking Folly Beach on one of two oceanfront decks. Take your private access to the beach and grab provided beach chairs along the way. As soon as you walk in the front door your eyes will be amazed with the expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean. Gather around one of three couches in the living area while you enjoy time with family or entertainment on the 65" Samsung Smart TV, Make your way into the kitchen where you will find everything you need to make a meal for the entire family. Enjoy two coffee makers with one compatible with Kcups. A dedicated ice maker will keep the drinks iced down and the coolers filled. Two ovens, two refrigerators and plenty of space for cooking.

Just past the kitchen you will find a dining table with seating for 16 people and three more counter seats. Prefer to dine outside? Choose between a 6 person dining table on the main deck or head under the house to use the second 6 person dining table. New outdoor furniture will be found throughout the decks to help soak up those endless views.

The main floor has the kitchen, living and dining areas, pull out sofa, one queen bedroom and a full hall bathroom. The second floor is home to the two main bedrooms, each with their own private access to the second floor deck. Centrally located on the second floor is a game table and brand new high capacity washer and dryer. On the opposite side of the main bedrooms you will find a queen bedroom and a 2 twin bed room. These rooms are joined by a full bathroom. Head up to the third floor to find what many call the favorite room. Here you can sleep to the subtle sounds of waves crashing on 1 of 5 twin beds. Find a full bathroom, 55" Samsung Smart TV and foosball table on this floor.

The final space of the Hushpuppy House can be found below the home. This area is the ultimate hang out spot with an outdoor couch, dining table, outdoor shower and propane grill. Once you are ready to take your private walkway to the beach, grab some chairs and boogie or surf boards from the guest closet. Rinse off in a separate outdoor rinse station and head back to your favorite outdoor spot to watch the magnificent Folly sunsets.

Booking this house could be two vacations in one! Downtown Charleston is just over 15 minutes away. Spend a day downtown and explore the endless history and world class dining., There is so much to do and see you may just have to come back. Some main attractions include: South Carolina Aquarium, Historic Downtown, Patriots Point, Magnolia Gardens, Middleton Place, Fort Sumter & so much more. Do not forget to take a short stroll to Center st (the main st on Folly) for even more amazing dining and fun activities.
