Welcome to Spartina House! This three bedroom, two and a half bath home that sleeps up to 8 guests is located in the popular West side is perfect for your next family beach trip. Not only is Spartina House on the marsh, it is also just one block off the beach, making for an easy 3-minute walk to the public beach access. This no-thru street is good for walking, biking and golf cart cruising. Located just six blocks away from the Folly Beach downtown area, you can get there in a breeze, but it's just far enough away from the excitement to be a quiet, neighborhood setting.

The front porch of this traditional Southern farmhouse wraps around and allows you to swing, eat, or just sit back and listen to the waves. You'll feel like you are perched in the oaks, palms and cedar trees – a true treehouse feel. The back porch lets you enjoy the vibrant sunsets over the spartina marsh grass while grilling up your latest catch of the day.

Enter through the front porch and turn left into the family-friendly den with ample seating with plush furnishings and coastal décor. Heart pine floors throughout the first floor reinforce that beachy farmhouse vibe. The den opens to the dining room, where your whole crew will enjoy great views of the marsh and of the open, recently remodeled kitchen with shiplap walls and cabinets, new high-end appliances, and an extra beverage cooler for your drinks. The laundry room and pantry off the kitchen will keep things running smoothly. A cozy sunroom off the dining room has ample seating and lounging areas, not to mention a picturesque view of the wetlands. The nappers, birdwatchers and readers of your group will vie for spots on the daybed in the sunroom. Get up early enough, and you might just spot some deer!

Also on the first floor is the large master bedroom with a king-sized bed and updated ensuite full bathroom. You'll find another renovated half-bath downstairs with little nautical nods to the shore. Head upstairs to locate two bedrooms and another full bathroom. The first guest room has a queen bed and is decorated with a muted coastal design and is sure to be a favorite. The bunkroom is perfect for the kids, who of course will love to "bunk up" in the twin size bunkbeds and one double bed. One lucky kid can be selected to sleep in the prized custom bed nook that is trimmed to resemble a boat's berth. The bathroom upstairs is very large and boasts two wall-mounted sinks, basket weave flooring and luxury fixtures. All beds are made up with high-quality linens and bath towels provided.

Underneath the house you'll find an outdoor shower, a kid's swing, and some fun yard games. This stylish seaside retreat is located in a great, quiet tucked-away enclave and is loaded with “extras” that will surprise and delight guests. Parking for up to 3 vehicles is free in the driveway area. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am.

This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.
