"Josie was very friendly and welcoming. Very attentive and couldnt do enough. We were offered a much needed hot drink on arrival which was brought to our room. Our room was very clean, more than enough tea, coffee etc, it even had dressing gowns. Little touches of Usb points on plugs and even a little chocolate each. We felt veey welcomed."

"I stayed at the Fenwick a couple of times now travelling on business and enjoyed my stays. The rooms are very well presented and always nice a warm. Good food, especially breakfast. I think the road outside does not do the hotel any favours, but once your inside you can forget the road."

"Had booked two nights. Room was ordinary with a view to the carpark and a partial view to the river,m. The bed was quite uncomfortable - fairly narrow and hard. After the first night we did have someone in the room - apparently to clean it… but the trash bag was left on the bed, the towels had not been replaced, and the desk has not been cleaned. So not sure what they did (apart from moving the trash bag from the bin to the bed). The breakfast was ok. Cereals, juice, etc. and a choice between...
