"I've been to this hotel many times and previously loved it, due to the location, but especially because of the service.
This time, the entire feeling was different. The service was very poor. Staff were actually rude at times. Just one example- We waited in the Sports Bar for over an hour after ordering our food with the waiter telling us, the food would be coming out soon. After an hour, he finally admitted that the chef had just arrived, because they didn't actually open until 1:30pm? "

"Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Amazing staff. The hotel is near a grocery store and very close to downtown. Great food. Service at the pool was excellent. I can’t wait to be back there again next year."
