"The hotel and staff were great. It's just a short walk to the Malecon, and there are plenty of shops and food stands nearby, which made everything very convenient. My only complaint is that the pool doesn’t open until 10 a.m., and you have to go out to the beach to get and return beach towels. Not a big deal, but a bit inconvenient. Beach towels need to be returned in order to check out no exceptions unless you want to pay a fee. Overall, I really liked the hotel and would stay here again if the...

"Hotel was conveniently located in downtown San Pancho but on a side street far from the noise and traffic. Small, very well appointed facilities, with an awesome coffee shop. Rooms very well designed and very comfortable with awesome AC. During our stay, there were a couple of power shot downs in town but hotel has their own generator, which was great to keep AC and lights, specially being almost 100 degrees during our stay. "There were lots of pool tiles inside the pool that were either missing or loose both on the floor of the pool and surrounding the inside of the pool. The larger tiles were also extremely dirty and it felt like the pool could need a really good clean, although the water did appear to be clean and was a lovely tepid temperature "
