"I have used VRBO over 20 times, 95% of my reviews are 4-5 star. This place was a BAD experience. No microwave so you must re-heat everything on the stove. Sleeps 9 people in beds and coffee maker makes 2.5 cups at a time. Upstairs shower does not drain. Door lock broke inside but there was a 2nd. Pull handle on door also broke. Owner left 2 towels for each of 3 bathrooms. She said if we wanted more we could go buy some. House shows no pride in ownership. Any thing that needed replacing was done...

"So glad we rented this penthouse through Brad & Joey. We needed a 3 bedroom and the penthouse was not too much more than a regular 3 bedroom. This villa had it all. Interior waterfall wall. Huge rooms and living space and huge balcony with private hot tub. We felt like royalty. Staff and grounds at Villa La Estancia are comparable to the Four Seasons. Can’t thank Brad & Joey enough for making booking easy and their Cheat Sheet was so helpful from airport arrival, to helpful tips & activities...
