"This is s very nice property with an exceptional ocean front view. We were able to whale watch every day. The kitchen is compact but has everything you need to prepare meals in the condo. The bed was really comfortable. Wifi was really good and we had no connection problems at all while in the unit. You will need to get the resort password if you want access poolside. "So glad we rented this penthouse through Brad & Joey. We needed a 3 bedroom and the penthouse was not too much more than a regular 3 bedroom. This villa had it all. Interior waterfall wall. Huge rooms and living space and huge balcony with private hot tub. We felt like royalty. Staff and grounds at Villa La Estancia are comparable to the Four Seasons.
