The villagers were all extremely friendly, the food was plentiful and the view and swimming were spectacular.Be sure to take plenty of cash for add ons (boat rides to other beaches, activities, guides, entertainment, etc).It was great to just sink into "Fiji Time" and relax."

The surrounding nature and community are also amazing. …and my week of quiet birthday celebrations included SUP/snorkle/kayak adventures in mangroves and clear blue waters in the company of wonderful people, vibrant corals, fish, birds, turtles, mongooses and bats. Also, learned how to make coconut milk, oil and lemongrass insect repellent… The drinking water is highly filtered rainwater (super delish/safe)....

"My first impression was I thought I was at the wrong home. Too nice! The place was beautiful inside and out! Looked like it was just built in the last year. Directly across the street was the beach that had very good snorkeling and plenty of coral formations. Not a fluffy light sand but a darker denser volcanic rock sand.
