"Generelt bare rigtig godt som base for en kortere badeferie "

"We first stayed in Standart room. Lives up to its name. It’s a little dark, and nothing fancy. But the price is also great. Then we stayed at the Deluxe room, definitely an upgrade. Only thing is that we never got new towels, and had no handsoap. We even told them immediately, and they told us the housekeeping would give us some, but we never did. Also the food. Don’t eat breakfast here. It is really not that good and so expensive for what you get. We for an example ordered a “yougurt bowl with granola and fresh fruit” and got an empty bowl with a small tub of plan yougurt that you can get from the supermarket for 1,5$ and a bag with granola, no fruit and it was 15$… The lunch was okay, but still not worth it. We never got dinner cause we didn’t want to after the other food. But the room was nice, and they helped us get taxis for getting around. And overall the price is good for the rooms!"

"The rooms are often overrated price wise but if you manage to get a discounted price, smugglers is great for a couple of nights. The beds are very comfy. Shower is hot with good pressure. The rooms might not be new, but clean and well maintained. The kitchen and menu is the downside of the place. Menu is uninspiring lacking local dishes and the service is very slow. I ordered a crispy chicken wrap and a juice, which took 45 minutes to arrive. When it finally arrived it was not crispy chicken, but just normal grilled chicken and the juice was also different from what i ordered. "

"Vores ophold var ikke som vi havde forventet og ikke pengene værd. Det eneste gode ved hotellet er at det ligger i gåafstand til Nadi lufthavn. Der er hverken restaurant eller andet hvor man kan få mad eller en kop kaffe på hotellet. Der var kaffekopper på værelset så man selv kan lave en kop te eller kaffe, men de var så beskidte at vi ikke ville bruge dem. Værelse var meget slidt og der var pletter på både sengetøj og håndklæder. "

"Great unit with ample space and good facilities. As everywhere in Fiji, the staff was super kind and helpful. Note that the resort is stretched out along the coast. So you have to factor in time for walking or using the complimentary shuttle microbus or golf cart transfers. Only issues: our unit was on the ground floor and had a lot cockroaches. Mostly small, but they kept coming. Also, because we were there in the humid season (early April), the aircondition led to wet floors due to condensation. Not great building design."
