"We first stayed in Standart room. Lives up to its name. It’s a little dark, and nothing fancy. But the price is also great. Then we stayed at the Deluxe room, definitely an upgrade. Only thing is that we never got new towels, and had no handsoap. We even told them immediately, and they told us the housekeeping would give us some, but we never did. Also the food. "Clean newish small hotel 5 minutes taxi from airport with nice little pool. Limited bar and restaurant. Pretty hopeless if pleasant staff, 3 hours to get the missing kettle and 2 hours for someone to get TV working only to find 1 station but no sound! "Great unit with ample space and good facilities. As everywhere in Fiji, the staff was super kind and helpful. Note that the resort is stretched out along the coast. So you have to factor in time for walking or using the complimentary shuttle microbus or golf cart transfers. Only issues: our unit was on the ground floor and had a lot cockroaches. "Overall a great resort. I dont think that any place in Fiji, including this hotel, is going to win the world cup in organizational skills. So dont expect perfection. But they fully compensate for this by great service and extremely helpful, kind, and child-friendly. The staff is always there to help and will happily stop whatever they are doing to talk to the kids. Pools seems to be naturally heated only but this is fine for the Fiji climate - even for our 2-year old who enjoyed the nice kids...
