Large Falmouth Heights Home Sleeps Up to 17 RPAM030

Located just one block from Falmouth Heights Beach on the corner of Grand Ave and Amherst Ave, this 8 bedroom home sleeps 17! Featuring 2 King, 3 Queen and 7 Single beds you and your guests will have plenty of options for sleeping arraignments. Central AC in the whole home will keep you cool on those balmy summer nights. Head out your door for the day to the beach, grab lunch at a nearby restaurant and return home to rinse off in the outdoor shower. Endless shopping and dining options await you on Main Street which is just 1.5 miles away. Enjoy the quaint streets and charming ambience of a vacation in Falmouth Heights.
The main floor of the home has a lovely flow from the living room to the dining room to the kitchen. Also on the main floor is a sun-soaked game room and a den for an additional hang out space. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths complete the floor. Upstairs you will find 5 more bedrooms plus an additional full bath. The front porch has plenty of seating to enjoy the endless parade of people in the area headed to the beach!
All bed linens are provided. Tenants provide their own towels. No pets or smoking please. Seven night minimum, Sat to Sat during the peak season. 4 night minimum rentals at a reduced rate in the shoulder seasons. Subject to applicable taxes and fees. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00. Upon receipt of a booking request, an agent will reach out to discuss additional security protection which may be required at this property.

Big house in an excellent location

This is a great house for a large family gathering. While the kids can walk across the street to the beach, the adults can sight see or shop. Ferry to Martha’s Vineyard was less than a mile away. We did not have as large a group as planned because of the uncertainty of Hurricane Henri - 9 rather than 14. It was probably for the best, however, since having only 3 bathrooms, was not ideal. We knew that going in of course, but did not realize that there was only one bath on second floor where there were 5 bedrooms. And the back bath on first floor was very small and had no space for toiletries. One inaccuracy — one bedroom was listed as having a twin bed plus bunk beds. There was no twin, so house only sleeps 16, not 17, as advertised. The house was spacious although no room would have been large enough for the whole group comfortably. Same with dining room. A max of 10 could fit at one table and 6 in the sunroom. The house is old but had a lot of character - a lot of wood paneling. Furniture and beds were comfortable. Outdoor furniture could use a good cleaning. Doors either wouldn’t close or stuck when opened! AC worked great but was very loud, especially in upstairs BR. Appliances all worked well. Had both drip and Kuerig coffee makers. Previous tenants left kitchen or laundry supplies, which was helpful. (Some homes I’ve rented discard all opened packages, like detergent, coffee filters, spices and pantry items. ) The property manager was helpful, but did not know the house so needed to contact owner before he could answer anything. House was sold last year but should have had time to become familiar with property.

Perfect location

My family which includes elder adults, young single adults and young children had a terrific time here. The house is large enough that everyone found space when they needed it. The bunk bed room was a big hit as was the tv room with a leather sofa. Some used it as a temporary office. The porch was a great place to relax and the extra small kitchen was a great addition. We would rent this again. Since it is a fairly new rental property there were a couple of things that weren’t completely clear in the description but are not a deal breaker.

Golf Trip

This property is outstanding. We've stayed at this property for the last 3 years for our annual golf trip to the Cape. Great location by the water , access to great restaurants and the house fit all our needs. I recommend staying at this fantastic house.

Incredible location & home

We had a girls weekend here. Jill and Rich were responsive to all of our questions (and we had many). Eight large bedrooms, all with TVs and clean bedding. This home has been beautifully updated and easily would fit 16! And you're right across the street from the beach. Literally a 3 minute walk.

Family Vacation

It was wonderful. So close to the beach! Nice porch to sit on and for the younger children to play on. Comfortable furniture and well stocked kitchen. Also a handy second kitchen. One complaint was a bed needed more support.

Golf Trip

This is the second year that we've stayed at this property and like last year it was great. This location fit our needs perfect - great water views, easy access to golf courses, walking distance to 2 restaurants and easy access to highway. The house was very clean and it fit our needs perfect. We will be coming back.

Perfect location

The house is gorgeous and very spacious. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you'd need to cook inside or at the grill. The beach across the street is beautiful and there are plenty of beach chairs in good condition provided at the house. It was the perfect spot for a bachelorette with about a dozen of us. The host was very responsive to my questions through the app after I checked in. My only (small) complaint is that toilet paper was not provided and this was not stated explicitly in the listing or check-in info. Maybe that is typical of rentals, but I'm not a frequent renter and was not aware. I mean there was literally none in any of the 3 bathrooms, so we had to run out and buy some last minute when we thought we had come well prepared. Other than that, the weekend was perfect and there is plenty to do and see in the area. I would definitely consider renting here again if I had a large enough group to go back.

Nice Place

We stayed in this cottage for a week in mid-September and loved the place. There were fourteen of us (all family members for our son’s wedding) and we had plenty of space for everyone, even had an extra bedroom if we needed it. We had five cars and there was parking space for all. AC, WiFi & TV all worked well. We drove to the Island Queen ferry for a trip to Martha’s Vineyard even though it’s only a fifteen minute walk. Beach and restaurants are right there. Refundable Damage Deposit of $750 – returned within one week. When we got back home I received an email from Jill saying that someone in our party may have left a wedding ring in the house. It was our son’s wedding band and was promptly returned to him. This is a very nice place to stay and very nice people to do business with. Thank you Jill & Rich.

Fall Golf trip

Great location for our annual golf trip. This was the perfect house for our group of 8 golfers. Everyone had their own bedroom, large kitchen and dining room. Beautiful view of the ocean . We would definitely rent this house again.

Great Family Home!

2018 was our 1st year renting this home and we plan to be back in ‘19! Our children and grandchildren had a wonderful time and the close proximity to the Falmouth beaches was awesome given we had a 15 month old with us!

Would definetly rent this home again!!

This home is great, the Owners were very responsive. Lots of space, there were 9 of us, 7 adults & 2 teens. The kitchen has just about everything you could think of, the Butlers Pantry (2nd kitchen) came is very handy, especially the 2nd ice maker. Lots of glassware, dishware & utensils. Less than a 2 minute walk to 2 beaches. 2 great restaurants within walking distance, you can see one from the front porch. We loved that porch!! Very comfortable beds & pillows, a TV in every bedroom & two additional TV's. We really liked the dining table, great for all of us to sit around & eat & play games. Bathrooms are updated. Plenty of towels, bath & kitchen. They also had beach chairs. All in all, it is a great house & we had an awesome vacation. Not sure if they gave us the good weather, but it was sunny every day!! We would go back in a heart beat!

Loved this house. Beautiful neighborhood

We had a wonderful time at this house. With 14 people, we thought we would be packed in, but that wasn't the case. We had plenty of room and the front porch was a bonus. The A/C worked well and additional fans helped upstairs. The beach is a close walk and you can actually see the water from the front porch. I'd rent this home again.

Outstanding location, spacious house, perfect front porch

Our extended family of 16 stayed in this house recently. The entire stay was perfect - the house, the location, the coordination and communication with the owners. The house is across from two beaches. We walked to the beaches several times a day. The house and was amazing. Good condition, decent furniture, lots of space. The house is very old but updated. Water pressure and hot water availability was very good. The site says it's around 3K square feet. It seemed much larger. Even with the house full, you didn't feel cramped. Everyone had their own space. The enclosed porch was a perfect quiet spot to hang out. The FRONT PORCH was the best part of the house. The owners put in new flooring boards and the outdoor furniture was comfortable and seated about 10 of us. The views from the porch were great. It was a great people-watching spot too - lots of people walk and drive by. The house is on a fairly busy street, but drivers didn't drive fast for the most part and it was quiet at night. The A/C worked excellent! The wifi accommodated all of us very well. The kitchen(s) were well-stocked and everything worked. (The kitchens are adjacent to each other.) The dishes and glassware were good quality and quantity. The beds were comfortable. The TVs and cable worked well. We were able to park about 5 cars without a problem. Two restaurants were easy walking distance. Downtown + ferry were a very short drive away. The BBQ and outdoor shower worked well too. We have no complaints about this house and would highly recommend it. There are two full baths and three bedrooms downstairs (queen beds) and another full bathroom and the rest of the bedrooms upstairs. Check-in and check-out were easy. The damage deposit was refunded timely. Falmouth was a neat town and the Cape was awesome.

We had a wonderful time at the house the porch was in constant use. We walked to the ferry to go to Martha's vineyard, Raw bar, flying bridge, The Boathouse British pub and the beach. We highly recommend renting the beach house for anyone looking for a fabulous house that has multiple bedrooms,bathroom & 2 kitchens.we rented the beach house so we could spend time with friends from across the US.Thank you for the awesome memories we have from the Falmouth house. Outstanding house seconds from the beach!

Great house and a great renter. Parking is a little tight but you can certainly make it work. My group had two cars, a SUV and two pickup trucks and we all fit just fine. The house is beautiful with a fully updated kitchen and plenty of space throughout. Incredible location just across the street from Falmouth beach. Minutes from downtown Falmouth with shopping and restaurants. Absolutely will be back!

Great house to accomodate our group!

Great house for our large group. Very comfortable for hanging out and relaxing. The kitchen was stocked with all the pots and pans needed to cook for our stay. The front porch was great to have coffee in the morning and the bedrooms were awesome.
