"Overall, the apartment hotel is good. However, it is not convenient for drop-offs or pick-ups because the street in front of the hotel is designated as a bus and tram zone only. Guests will need to be dropped off a block away to access the hotel. On the other hand, if you arrive at East Croydon Station, the hotel is located just across from the station. "

" Friendly staff, and nice environment . I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. Transportation was also very easy the location made it simple to get around without any stress. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place."

"Overall a mixed bag. It was cheap and the receptionist was very flexible when we arrived concerning our check-in. However, the apartment was dirty and very worn. We mostly ended up eating out due to the low hygienic level of the place, which defeated the whole purpose of living in a place with a kitchen."

"We had little to no issues during our stay. The hotel was within walking distance to Greenwich and several tubestations. They stay was well worth the price, high quality service and reasonable facilities. "

Not worth thr money for new year

"We stayed and payed for a river view room for new year eve... At midnight, none could be seen, you could see the london eye from the street... but to pay that much.. no. We payed to go on the 15th floor for dinner and was rushed from our table and the 60 pound wine... was gone when we went to have a view photo taken... "

Great hotel with amazing breakfast

"Wonderful hotel with great service and cozy charm. The restaurant was great and the breakfast has a lot of options. You had to ask for some but they are more than happy to make the dishes for you. The bed was quite hard and the pillow too hard for my liking but that is just a personal preference. Good placement concerning transport as the busses stops right outside and there's a train stop at around 15 minutes away by foot. I had a great stay and can only recommend it."

"Rigtig fint hotel med dejlig stort værelse til en familie på 4. Rengøring dagligt, så det duftede skønt, når man kom tilbage fra morgenmaden. Sødt og imødekommende personale. Har ikke noget dårligt at sige om dette, kun ros. "
