"Worst check-in ever. We had booked 2 Premium Rooms - Kingsize Beds - Partial Sea View. When we arrived at 3 pm to check-in the hotel was overbooked. We had to wait 3 and 7 hours after check-in until we got the rooms we had booked. That is simply not acceptable. We were given a cup of tea as compensation. It ruined our entire experience of your beautiful hotel."
