Hi Demi Thank you for your rating! I'm sorry to hear you had trouble with car parking. Due to our location we are unable to accommodate our own car parking facilities. There is a car park two minuets up the road from which can used during and overnight. Our friendly team would of been more than happy to advise you on where to park before or during your stay. I do hope you had a pleasant experience despite this downfall.

I appreciate you raising concern on the hot water and will look into this, please always feel like you can speak to the staff at the time so we can resolve this during your stay. With regards to the room issues, we do request our guests to let us know of any problems as soon as possible so that they may be rectified. With regards to the loud noises experienced, the source on the first night came from outside the hotel by members of the public not staying at our hotel, which, putting their safety at risk, the night manager went out to request they respect the area. The second night was also rectified as soon as was possible, although we cannot control the actions of residents. I apologise that you were misled by a photo, however, we do not state anywhere in our hotel descriptions that we have have a bar or evening food and drink services. We will have a member of marketing look into this matter. All our rooms are in the process of being renovated. However, we are a small, locally owned hotel so this can take time. We hope you enjoyed your stay in Exeter otherwise.
