Firstly location 10/10 - but a lot of small stuff really annoyed us during our stay We booked a room with balcony, we didnt get that - they just said all rooms didnt have this. We got renovated room but, keycard/doorlock didnt work, fridge didnt work, aircon didnt work - we got a new nice room and ...

Arona Palace
Great place to stay. Super comfy. Clean and excellent area could have stayed longer! Grocery near by. Good dining close to ferry Highly recomended

Laqua by the Lake
Very nice hotel, modern and great quality. The employees very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The breakfast in the morning needs a little more variety and the same with the waitress head that needs a little bit more kindness.
