The room was dirty and very dusty, hair was in the shower and the shower will get clogged every time, hair was all over the ground and dirt, even after house keeping was done the floor was still left dirty.

This was our second time staying here and I am sure not the last. It is nice and quiet around the Inn and very friendly staff. Shower pressure was amazing and room was clean.

Every time my 10 yr old and i stay at Hayward inn, the staff is always amazing! With the medical issues involving cancer and other things im dealing with, they treat us like family! However, this time, our room was 45mins behind being ready due to the fact they had a bunch of athletes that were there the night before. It was out of their control, but, i was very tired and in a lot of pain.i will continue to go back to this Hotel as i said because of the girls in the front. I had asked for towels for the floor because of the shower and i guess the housekeeper forgot about us, i seen her on her phone quite a bit, so thats not good. Overall, they let us stay u til 1 the next day but im hoping for better outcome next time as im a single disabled mom and even though the room is fairly priced through expedia, i dont have money to waste. Morgan, Maddie, Maya, thank you for always going above and beyond for me and my babygirl!

Great hotel. Modern, Clean. Nice sized rooms. Friendly staff. Great breakfast options. Right beside the OU campus. Only thing I can complain about is that its on a one way road. But that was pretty easy to navigate. The building we stayed in did not have an elevator. Otherwise a great hotel option!

The hotel is right across the street from the campus which is awesome. I have a small issue with my room, but the manager Madison has outstanding customer service and it was resolved. They have tons of parking covered as well, which is great Madison was very professional, positive and courteous.

Stayed here for a concert at Matthew Knight Arena. It was right across the street from the north entrance to the arena super convenient for the concert. Easy check process, and check out process. Friendly and helpful staff! There’s a bar and grill on the right side of the hotel and a pizza place on the left side ate at both and they were great. Nice room that was very clean and comfortable! Well, definitely come back again for future concerts. Their lobby also has snacks, drinks, Alcohol options and has clear bags in case you forgot one for the concert! Great continental breakfast in the morning with lots of options.

Great location near Hayward field. Had a large corner King room with a very comfortable bed, a couch, lots of windows, and a microwave and fridge. The included breakfast was great and included hot food. I would definitely stay here again.

No elevator in building. That fact buried in the fine print. Placing an almost 70 year old on the third floor and no offer of assistance to get luggage up to room. Almost fell getting up the flights of stairs. Exiting just as bad. Basically told that because I reserved through a third party, I couldn’t get an easier access room. Key fob pad busted. Pillows were ridiculously uncomfortable. Seriously horrible. Had to go purchase my own. No food left by 7:00 am at breakfast. Barely any coffee left. Fire alarm would go off due to shower steam. Staff not the least concerned.
