"Propiedad con excelentes condiciones, comodidad, equipamiento, limpieza y organización. El dueño preocupado y amable, con muy buena comunicación. Lugar acogedor, toda la familia agradecida y contentos con nuestras primeras vacaciones en Fort myers, de seguro volveremos."

"My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable. There were beach chairs and a cooler available to use. The property is not far from the beach and dining, it was easy to find. We would stay here again if our travel plans have us in the area again!"

"This was a great rental. The beach is across the street!! The hous is down the road from the "action", so its a quiet neighborhood. However, a quick drive or beach trolley ride and you are where all the action is, with food, drink, ice cream and shopping. Publix is real close for quick pick up of items. The downstairs suite was perfect for us! The beds were great! The pool was great and we used it daily. The view of the ocean was amazing. It was so nice having breakfast and dinner while...

"The property was perfect for our family. The kids loved the pool and it was a short walk to the beach. Communication with the owner was excellent as well."

"We will definitely be back! Thorough and quick communication with Jeff, he answered all our questions. We cannot get over all the details in this rental that made it feel like our home: Jeff has extra lights, extra outlets and charging stations/cords, trash cans and trash bags, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, hangers and dirty clothes bins/baskets, laundry detergent, tvs and ceiling fans, lots of towels for the house and beach, outdoor seating and pool toys n supplies, beach supplies-...

"Host was very responsive to our needs and very helpful. Home was very nicely decorated and comfortable. Conveniently located for our needs."

"Amazing home!!! Listing is extremely accurate and the house offers so many extras!! We had a group of 6 adults, 4 teens and 3 little ones ( 5) and it was perfect! Lots of things to do and the house is HUGE!!!"

"It had window AC units and one of them was leaking inside the house in the living room, big puddle, we had to put four towels, they allow dogs and they had a yard on the back, but not only wasn’t private, but the fence had holes that the dogs cannot stay there Loose, because they could go into the neighbors through the fence holes, property needs upgrades. Bikes lock didn’t work with the code they provided us."
