"We stayed at the property for almost a week and had a great time. The pool was being fed by the hot tub, so for a few days it was at 101 degrees. Had a hard time turning down the thermostat, but eventually worked it out with the owner to turn off the heater all together. The pool was down to 90 by the last day. Also the water pressure plummeted mid-trip, but the owner came by that day and it was better than ever by that evening.Overall it was a good stay."

"Very clean and loved the space. Very bright and homey. Loved how well equipped the kitchen was since I was there for Thanksgiving and had to cook a little. Not a far drive from some great spots such as Sanibel Island, Bonita Springs and the outlets for some great shopping. Host was great with communication. Would love to stay again next time I’m in the area. "

"This house was perfect. Great location, easy check in and out, we came for a baseball tournament and the boys had a great time playing pool. Nothing is more than 30 minutes away from here— the beach, baseball fields or many great restaurants. Leigh made sure we were comfortable the entire time. I use VRBO all of the time and this place is 5 star worthy. "

"This was a nice house to stay in, great water view and pool was fun! Very clean. So many games and minimal instructions for “pre-cleaning” upon check out. I appreciated the communication from the host, very quick and friendly! "

"Die Unterkunft war genau das was wir wollten. Eine sehr gute Lage zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Hauptstraße, aber trotzdem ruhig sodass man seinem Urlaub genießen konnte. Das Haus war sauber und man mochte sich gerne dort aufhalten. Auch der Pool und die Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen waren perfekt. "

"Enjoyed our stay. Nothing fancy but exactly what we wanted. We even extended our stay one night. The pool and back porch was great. The kids enjoyed the kayaks. It was a bit too chilly for my Florida family to swim in the pool. If we need a house in Cape Coral again, we would love to stay here again."
