I contacted the renter immediately, but they were unresponsive and offered no help or solution during my stay. We stayed here with our four children I will say the location is right next to La Placita so you will hear the partying and music it being our first time in PR we were unaware but my kids are teens so they enjoyed watching the partying. Cons: -The only major negative I have is not having large mats/room carpets down or providing a few washable ones as an option (which I understand it’s an ease for cleaning) but the inside tracked in so much sand and dirt and was EXTREMELY slippery when wet, especially the outside bathroom area, outside of the single small bathroom towel mat! "The biggest issue — the sheets were incredibly pilly polyester. I can confidently say these were the worst sheets I have ever slept on and made me feel itchy and ick. I went downstairs and was able to get a new set of sheets that didn’t have the fabric disease but I ended up putting the sheets on myself since it was later at night. The location and beach are fabulous. The place seems a little overpriced for the quality of the hotel. I would have been immensely happy paying 150-200."
