"I had a terrible experience staying at this hotel. The room had roaches, which made it feel dirty and completely unacceptable. I contacted the renter immediately, but they were unresponsive and offered no help or solution during my stay. I expected a clean, safe place to stay, but instead I had to deal with pests and poor customer service. The lack of communication and concern for guests made the situation even worse. Cons: -The only major negative I have is not having large mats/room carpets down or providing a few washable ones as an option (which I understand it’s an ease for cleaning) but the inside tracked in so much sand and dirt and was EXTREMELY slippery when wet, especially the outside bathroom area, outside of the single small bathroom towel mat!
