"THEY HAVE A CAT PROBLEM ON THE OUTSIDE BUT IT WAS ALL GOOD AND CLEAN "

"We were able to find parking miraculously, but we arrived early. The room was really nice and clean and quiet enough. However the neighborhood, walking to find a place to eat, was so gross with garbage on the ground. I wanted to clean off my shoes. Unless you can afford old town prices, there are compromises. "

"Somebody put trash and dirty the terrace and the manager texted us blaming on us. It was very sad because we are very clean and respectful people I told her, we (I and my kids) never went to the terrace and to look the cameras because I saw a man staying there. I did not like her shouting on me and sending me videos about the trash on whatsapp. I don't know if we are going there anymore as I don't feel comfortable anymore to go there."

"There was no where to get food but we found a few gems close by. We were at the front of the building and the street traffic was noisy during the night even with closed windows. The hotel was very small and quaint. Nothing like the big chains and it is a bit off the beat and path. Older guests should know there is no elevator as it is a historical building. "I don't even know where to start. Even before we got there, I felt like we were going to be well taken care of. They contacted us to let us know how to access the property, as well as the address for the BnB to have ease of direction to get there. The breakfast was lovely, with a spread of potatoes, eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, fruit, coffee, juices and tea. "Perfect stay! Convenient for those on the prowl for a night life. Right next to La Placita. We didn’t have any issues sleeping. It felt very sound proof. Staff was excellent and very helpful. Parking could be a bit tough but doable, just got to make your rounds around the neighborhood and you’ll find something."

"We stayed in the Romance Room at Duna by DW and overall had a wonderful experience. The room was nicely sized, well-ventilated, and decorated with a beautiful rustic tropical style. It was also very clean and comfortable, which made our stay especially enjoyable. "Overall a nice and well located Inn in SanJuan. They should change the AC system and place somewhere else out of bad side (too noisy)! Also you will get a lot of ligth in your room... Sleeping could be a challenge."
