"La maison est très agréable , spacieuse , agréable à vivre , bien située , avec deux belles terrasses face a la baie , aux 1eres loges pour le coucher de soleil !!!! Tout pourrait être parfait si avant d’arriver on vous signale qu’il faut venir avec de quoi se protéger des moustiques , uniquement la nuit mais les attaques sont sévères ! Idéalement les propriétaires devraient améliorer certaines choses ds la cuisine , un mug par pers pour le petit déjeuner, une carafe pour l’eau ,un Tire bouchon...

"Pros: Die Finca war etwas abgelegen und somit optimal für einen ruhigen Urlaub ganz nach unseren Wünschen. Das Haus war gut ausgestattet und hatte alles was man braucht. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und empfahl uns sogar ein gutes Restaurant in der Nähe. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert… Cons: Leider keine Klimaanlage vorhanden."

Supermarket (Eroski) within a few minutes’ walk, so it was easy to cook and eat meals around the table downstairs, or on the roof deck on sunny days. "The pool was empty dirty and in a dangerous location with no protection. The house smelt disgusting and we couldn't stay there. Vrbo and the property owner had the cheek to not refund us the full amount holding back a substantial amount for 'cleaning' which is ironic to say the least. Der tatsächliche Zustand entspricht nicht dem Eindruck der Fotos auf FeWo-Direkt. Besonders problematisch war ein Schlafzimmer mit massiv sichtbarem Schimmelbefall und Geruch, der auch im angrenzenden Badezimmer wahrnehmbar war. "Pros: Sehr schöne Dachterrasse, ab nachmittags auch sonnig. Man kann vom Standort des Hauses die Stadt Inca perfekt zu Fuß erkunden. Der Hausbesitzer ist sehr freundlich und das Haus war bei Ankunft gut gereinigt worden. Cons: Die Parkplatzmöglichkeiten sind teilweise sehr beschränkt, das alte Haus könnte zudem mal wieder renoviert werden (auf den Fotos sieht der Zustand des Hauses besser aus als er ist). Der Pool ist von der Größe eher eine bessere Badewanne und eines der drei Schlafzimmer ist...
