"It is nice hotel that my kids really enjoyed. The room was a bit cramped but love the small kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, cooking round). King bed for the parents in a separate room and kids on a sofa bed. They enjoyed having their own TV! There was another TV in the bedroom. The pool and slide can be busy in the evening with no supervision. Some parents should check on the kids more, but that's not the hotel's fault. We liked it more when we were early in the morning with no...

"Staff were very rude and unhelpful. Room was dirty and smelled like smoke. Hair all over the bathroom."

"This was the highlight of our trip. It was so peaceful and beautiful. The only complaint was that we didn’t book a longer stay!"

"The staff were great. Check in time is 4 but they were able to get me a room earlier so I wouldn't be late for a 3 o'clock wedding. The room was clean. Breakfast was pretty good but it was very crowded and they ran out of some items quickly. Staff did their best to replenish items. Guests should be aware though that there is no elevator. If you are on the second floor you have to carry your bags up the stairs. Overall, it was very good and I would stay again."

"Food - no more eggs at breakfast and it was 845 am. I asked and the server said their whss for the day are gone. The breakfast area is hot! Maybe the heater was on or just no airconditioning. Feels like a sauna. Room was not cleaned even if we asked. The towels were refilled though. No towels in the pool area.. all the used towels are scattered."
