"This was our second time staying here and like the First it was Perfect! Check-In was smooth. The staff at Tomates (Lino,Adelina,Rocio,Mageli & the Chef) are the best! Great Service and very attentive to you. When we arrived (Ivan & Rene) we very helpful as soon as we pulled up. The room was Perfect for the occasion. Beautiful Ocean view and the cleaning staff was Nice & Friendly. Will be back soon! "

"We spent a superb week at this outstanding unit. Location couldn’t be better, close to Medano Beach and many restaurants. The unit is exactly as described. Booking was seamless. Property Manager Kristen was always accessible as was Rodrigo, the local contact. Security at the gate by Carlos and Arturo, so helpful and knowledgeable. "Don't expect the Ritz Carlton but the unit is very nice and accurately represented online. And a VERY fair price. And the main reason you stay here is because of the absolute fantastic Marina view. Watching the boats come and go can last all day and into the night. The fishermen are roaming about like ants at about 5:30 in the morning. "The only 2 negative issues preventing a 5 rating were as follows. 1. The AC in the separate 3rd BR was not working when we arrived, they did get it taken care of by the end of the 2nd day. Not sure why it wasn't checked before our arrival. 2. The master BR in Our unit had very thin roller blinds so provided lack of privacy to the patio at night and also the spotlights directly across the courtyard were shining directly into the Bedroom all night long. "Our stay at Médano Hotel and Spa in Cabo Mexico was marred by some challenges. Despite reaching out via email prior to our visit, we received no response. Additionally, we were assigned a room behind the pool bar and despite our requests, we were not relocated during our 6-day stay. Unfortunately, our attempts to communicate during our stay also went unanswered. While there is certainly room for improvement, we still managed to enjoy our stay overall. 😊"

Room was clean upon arrival and check in was an easy process. The hospitality of the staff here is excellent. They would always ask how things were going and if we needed anything.
