Pros:
1. Shuttle to marina every 2 hours.
2. Some(not all) waiters and chefs are kind and accommodating.
3. Beautiful views from resort.
Cons:
1. Very limited options for all-inclusive
2. Language issues- Most of the waiters/waitresses/cleaners cannot speak or understand English
3. Old buildings, old small rooms, old elevators, low maintenance. Elevators took forever to work.
4. All inclusive does not include 24 hours food availability, or coffee availability, no food available after 10pm as the limited number of restaurants included in the all-inclusive plan are closed after 10pm.
5. Cleaning service is slow and random(repeated requests for cleaning, some days were just missed).
6. Basic toiletries like razor, tooth paster, tooth brush are not provided. You need to pay a ridiculous price to get them.
7. Only breakfast options for vegetarians were potatoes, beans, fruit, yogurts, and different types of bread/pastries.
8. They force you to use their paid(expensive $85 for taxi, $100 for shuttle for family of 4) transportation to airport by not allowing uber/lyft inside their resort.
9. All inclusive is a joke with no food after 10pm, extra payment for room service, no coffee in any restaurant during lunch time, literally no vegetarian options for vegetarians.
10. Improper labeling of food items. Non vegetarian food like caesar salad, rice cooked in chicken broth were labeled vegetarian.
11. Bedding quality was not great, not cotton, making it uncomfortable to sleep in.
