"The property was well maintained . What I didn ’t prefer was the underlined rules , you have to make reservations for dinner in specialty dinning , if you go one day then you have to wait until the next day to schedule for the following and you have to wait until the deadline for that reservation. It is a place where a lot of diver go because they have a pro international dive shop PADI location on the property. They schedule 1 at 8am and the other at 12:50, which is really nice and if you were...

"Flot hotel og rigtig god beliggenhed med hyggelig park og natur. 2 pool områder. Dog meget stort resort. Stranden var ikke som forventet og mindre end på billederne. Grumset vand og meget tang. All inklusive fungerer. Let at dykke fra mv. Idet de har egen bro. Dykining er forholdsvis dyrt på stedet. Undersøg evt. Andre muligheder. Aircon virkede ikke i fitness- stort minus. Husk at booke alacarte restaurant ved min. 3 overnatninger. "

"We weren't told about the construction, the elevator to our room wasn't working and we were on the 4th floor. The phone didn't work, the oom that we reserved had leaking a roof in the bathroom, we were locked inside the lobby elevator due to electricity issues. After waiting in the lobby for 4hrs and finally getting into our room, there was no running water. The food was not good and was served cold. We paid $100 for snorkeling photos and have not received them as of yet. This is our 3rd...

"Well here is the thing, there were padlocks on the door , no staff , no tenants, the place was shut down and abandoned, we even had a gentleman from next door call the establishment with no answer and we called the number listed on expedia which said was no longer in service. This left myself and 3 fellow travelers to walk on the road with heavy traffic and all of our luggage to hail a taxi, 25 usd to take us to another resort. So....do not recommend."

"Flot velholdt hotel i moderne stil. Vi havde største altan med udsigt til havet, færgerne, cruise skibene og gadens puls nedenfor.
Da Cozumel by vender over mod Playa Del Carmen er her ingen sol på terrassen.

"The property was very functional without any frills but what made it nice was its magnificent view. Clara and Sofia were nice and helpful, making the stay immaculate. What took away our comfort was the gaps at the main door and the lack of insulation which might have shielded some of the noise from the road and critters from entering. A blanket was also not provided for the sofa bed and we never received one upon request. It is also strange that there is a window in the area of the shower in...

"We had a pleasant stay at Casa Mexicana Cozumel. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and the staff were friendly throughout our stay.
The breakfast was good overall, especially the freshly made pancakes. However, we weren’t big fans of the breakfast concept. Instead of serving yourself, you had to ask the chef to put the food on your plate, which felt a bit inconvenient and unnecessary.
We only stayed for two nights, so we didn’t have much time to enjoy all the hotel’s facilities, but it was...

8/10 Godt
We had amazing 8 days at Iberostar Cozumel. We had an issue regarding the drinking culture at and in the pool. Guests starts drinking alchohol in the pool before noon and some guests bring food in the pool too. We were very satisfied with the food and the surroundings. The animation team did an amazing job and all staff are very friendly and helpful. Diving and snorkling facilities are amazing.
