"We had amazing 8 days at Iberostar Cozumel. We had an issue regarding the drinking culture at and in the pool. Guests starts drinking alchohol in the pool before noon and some guests bring food in the pool too. We were very satisfied with the food and the surroundings. The animation team did an amazing job and all staff are very friendly and helpful. Diving and snorkling facilities are amazing."

"Great beach and comfy beds! Buffet is simple but delicious"

All inklusive fungerer. Let at dykke fra mv. Idet de har egen bro. Dykining er forholdsvis dyrt på stedet. Undersøg evt. Andre muligheder. Aircon virkede ikke i fitness- stort minus. Husk at booke alacarte restaurant ved min. 3 overnatninger. "

"We weren't told about the construction, the elevator to our room wasn't working and we were on the 4th floor. The phone didn't work, the oom that we reserved had leaking a roof in the bathroom, we were locked inside the lobby elevator due to electricity issues. After waiting in the lobby for 4hrs and finally getting into our room, there was no running water. The food was not good and was served cold. We paid $100 for snorkeling photos and have not received them as of yet. This is our 3rd...

"Todo muy lindo … el"

"Perfect place in terms of decor and comfort. It’s nicely tucked in the center of town . Perfect for a mother / daughter getaway. The spiral staircase give the place a challenging but worthwhile exercise of balance and fun"

"Dejlige lejligheder. Dejlig have med pool. Personalet var super venlige"

"So we were debating between the beach access room and the reef view room. We are a couple with child and eventually we took the more expensive reef view. The room itself is big and luxurious and it is right in front of the reef with a ladder to a great snorkel. However we decided to downgrade to the beach access room a bit smaller but much closer to the pool to breakfast and to the kids club which worked better for us"

Excelente servicio. Super ubicación!"

"Flot velholdt hotel i moderne stil. Da Cozumel by vender over mod Playa Del Carmen er her ingen sol på terrassen.
