The one thing that we felt strange about, was that everything was taken care of online with very little contact with hotel staff. Ricky was beyond helpful with assisting us navigating the property. "Meget dyrt hotel ifht. service og faciliteter. På trods af, at vi boede på et "luksusværelse" med mange faciliteter, så var der ikke varmt vand i de ellers eksklusive brusere. Min kone måtte gå i vores søn og svigerdatters værelse for at komme i bad.
Desuden følte man sig ikke ligefrem velkommen i restauranterne (især den udendørs morgenmadsrestaurant), hvor vi tidligere havde boet på et Marriott hotel til 1/4 af prisen, hvor vi blev behandlet som "konger" af personalet.

Llegamos al aeropuerto, salimos y al cruzar la calle está el hotel; al entrar Don Daniel fue muy amable al recibirnos y nos asignaron una habitación al instante.
La habitación con una cama extragrande y super cómoda, contaba con frigobar, horno de microondas y demás electrodomésticos. El baño con agua caliente.
Al día siguiente nuestro desayuno estaba listo al despertar ya que se nos pregunto la noche anterior si deseábamos algo y a qué hora......

"We just loved this. After having stayed at Bacalar and Isla Holbox in more hippieish places, it was nice with a good old fashioned hotel. The ocean view was amazing. The location was amazing. Breakfast was really good, the nice chef cooked your eggs in front of you the way you liked (scrambled, omelet and so on), and he also made fresh pancakes or waffles. Both American and more Mexican style breakfast. And fruit!
Loved the pool area were you could watch the sunset. "

"Well what can I say,an excellent hotel 5 minutes from the main ferry terminal.
The reception (Francesca) was super friendly and quick. We were shown to our room which was lovely and bright.
The amenities in our room (103) were great, which included a decent hairdryer, towels for the bathroom and rooftop pool, netflix is available on the large TV.
The roof terrace gives fantastic views across the town and sea.
Breakfast isn't provided however the lobby has free coffee and pastries throughout the...

Da Cozumel by vender over mod Playa Del Carmen er her ingen sol på terrassen. Der er lille pool. Få solsenge og en pool snack bar vi ikke lige ku regne ud hvornår det var åben. Alle var meget søde og serviceminded.
Dog er der en fejl på hotel.com der skriver man skal være fyldt 18 for indtjekning. Der var masser af børn, men da vi nævnte misforståelsen var hotellet søde at tage hensyn til os og sørge for vi ikke boede ved siden af børnefamilier. Fantastisk service. Ærgerligt at man på et par af restauranterne ikke kunne sidde udendørs og spise. Vi kommer igen. Kan varmt anbefales."
