Ok but not great
Sleeping couch very hard and uncomfortable. Normal bed ok. Only half the swimmingpool open due to construction (feb/2019). Not that much sun in the in swimmingpool area in the winther time alththough the area is nice. Very little refrigerator.

Samlet set et dejligt ophold - værelserne en anelse slidt, wifi på værelserne dårligt / ikke eksisterende til tider, skønt poolområde!

Godt ophold
Rigtig godt ophold. Fint køkken der gjorde at man kunne spise morgenmad på værelset. Hotellet har et stort supermarked så man kunne købe ind til fx morgenmad. Vi savnede info fra hotellet da vi ankom. Fx var der i weekenden lukket på hotellets restauranter pga noget Israelsk halløj der gjorde at de ikke bruger strøm. Det havde været rart at habe været informeret om på forhånd.

Det var en god opelvelse
Det var en god oplevelse. Meget flot pool område, der er velholdt. Beliggenhed er god, da det meste ligger i gåafstand fra hotellet

Familievenligt hotel
Dejlige, rene, vedligeholdte og rummelige værelser. Skønt og meget familievenligt poolområde i flot anlæg. Folk reserverer dog stole for hele dagen - også selv om de slet ikke bliver brugt! Som andre steder i Israel oplever man undertiden knap så servicemindet personale. Lidt sukkende hvis man har spørgsmål.

Big parking problem so if you don't have an app name Pango to pay with your credit card you can't park in the front of the hotel. The back gated free parking can fill about 100 cars when this hotel probably have about 700 rooms! Therefor I couldn't park the car nowhere at night and needed to wait in the car for hour until someone moved his car. The rooms looks from the 90's . its time to renovate. The pools are small with a lot of kids. 2 hours when I ask for the refund policy paper the manager told me they don't have one and just that there is no refund. Not recommending this hotel.

Dear Shmuel,Thank you for taking the time to share your experiences following your recent stay with us.Royal Garden has 331 spacious and modern suites.Regarding your comment regarding the hotel's parking, I would like to explain that at the "Yishrotel Royal Garden" hotel, there is a spacious parking lot that surrounds the hotel and is intended for its guests, this is in addition to an underground parking lot located in front of the hotel.If these parking lots are full, we direct our guests to the "Isrotel Riviera" hotel parking lot, next to the hotelThese parking spaces do not involve an additional payment and many guests find free parking spaces in this complex.In addition, near the hotel there are many parking lots on behalf of the city of Eilat, which involve a fee and if our guests choose not to park in nearby parking lots, which do not involve a fee, they will be able to do so by purchasing parking tickets.We hope that despite this we will be given the opportunity to return to host you in the future while we do our utmost to make your vacation enjoyable.Best RegardsDorin

Barnevennlig hotell
Flott hotell. Veldig barnevennlig med strand i bassenget, spillrom med mer. Bassenget var delvis under oppussing og noen deler var stengt under oppholdet.

The rooms were large clean and comfortable. The store in the first floor had tons of great groceries. Location was great. So family friendly.

Amazing staff, Spacious room, good location. Very family friendly so if you have children great, if not don’t stay here. We heard babies crying when we were trying to sleep and almost every piece of furniture was stained.

Great hotel
2 nights of family vacation. The room was nice and clean and very comfortable. We got a room with no kitchen and no meals. We had all we need from the minimarket in the hotel Hotel pools are great but the water is a bit cold in October. Go between the holidays and not during the holiday itself to save money and headache. There are way fewer people.

Positive: Great hotel , you will have every thing you need around food shopping, the pool is great! The best thing is the beach pool for the kids it is awesome, and the little waterpark makes it even perfect. Cons: no trash can in the new rooms, the area for making coffe is small, the vodeo games are expensive, the food court is a bit expensive, and there is few places around the pool to find a shadow and no much place to seat.

We stayed in a new suite. The room was modern and clean. There was a large bed, a pull out sofa. There was no kitchen or kitchenware. The hotel was at full capacity, but it was well maintained. Breakfast was good but overpriced. The Pool area was clean with enough places to sit, lifeguards were attentive. Location was good on the promenade, onsite parking can sometimes be full. Overall good stay.
