"We were very satisfied and would definitely come again, as well as recommend it for other friends! :-) . The service was good. The spa was lovely. Only one thing for improvement is the breakfast organisation. We had to wait in line to get in. We would also just say about the breakfast that we saw many people taking a lot of food and especially baked goods for later meals, hiding it in their bags. Maybe you should tell people not to do that, and you will save a lot of work and waiting time for...

"We booked this hotel thinking it was the best hotel in Eilat. The facilities in the hotel itself are beautiful however the staff is very rude and not helpful the air condition did not work in most of the places we were and did not work efficiently in our rooms as well which was very hot over 40 degrees Celsius when we stayed.
