"My 16-year-old son and I had a beyond wonderful experience at Lemon Fish Villa. The villa was well equipped, they provide a "starter" pack of the amenities, but it was enough to last the two of us the 5 days we were there (aside from shampoo for me). But there is a Publix and a dollar store directly behind the property (can very easily walk). So getting supplies was super easy. "Our stay was a last minute stay for the Memorial Day weekend. Availability was sparse and this was one of the only properties that were left but we liked the decor and location. Upon arrival, we were pleased with everything and our only two complaints were that some kitchen items were missing - cookie sheet for frozen pizza - and the lack of lighting in the living room with no lamp on the end table. "We loved our visit and were very impressed by the villa. The backyard area was private and not busy, so it felt like our own space. The home was clean upon arrival, and we were very impressed by how cold the bedroom was at night. We would love to stay again the next time we visit Anna Maria Island!"

"My husband and I spent 5 nights here. This was a great location to shopping AND the beach. Everything was within walking distance. The villa was clean and decorated tastefully. The pool and common area were very clean as well. Beach chairs, umbrellas and wagon were provided and were a definite bonus. We really enjoyed our stay. "

"This place is very small. I would not stay here again with more than one other person. Bathroom is the smallest I have ever seen. No where to put your wet towels or swimsuits. Pool was almost never at the correct temperature. They came to fix it but I had to tell them every day. Overall a lot of money for not a lot of amenities."

"Location was great, right off Pine and very near great restaurants, ice cream, shops, pier and small Bay beach. Direct shot down to the bigger beach and easy to find street parking. Very clean, great space, unique layout but kids had no problem sleeping on the trendle and sleeper couch."
