Refurbished to an exceptional standard, it is the epitome of sophisticated living. If it’s comfort you’re seeking, Law View will not disappoint - every detail of the interiors has been thoughtfully considered to ensure your stay is as enjoyable as possible.

Situated in a quiet residential area, and an easy walk from the vibrant High Street, this location offers the best of both worlds. You'll be perfectly positioned to enjoy everything this charming seaside town has to offer. From independent shops and restaurants to award-winning butchers and long sandy beaches – North Berwick has something for everyone!

Living Space
A stunning open-plan living area seamlessly integrates with a cutting-edge kitchen and a dedicated dining area, creating the perfect space for socialising and entertaining. This stylish living room features state-of-the-art furnishings and interiors that beautifully combine contemporary elegance with a touch of cosiness, enhanced by the inviting warmth of a log-burning stove. Full-width glass doors open onto the decking area, effortlessly blending indoor and outdoor living while providing easy access to the rear, south-facing garden and patio.

The kitchen's integrated appliances include a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, hob/oven, and a fabulous boiling-water tap!

Bedrooms
The property features two generously sized double bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for comfort. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, and the second bedroom has a super king-size zip and link bed, which can be split into 2 x single beds.

Please note: the 2nd bedroom will be set up as a super king-size unless specifically requested as 2 x singles.
We do not provide hypoallergenic bedding at our properties.

Bathroom
A luxurious, contemporary shower room completes this beautiful holiday home.

Outdoor Space
The apartment boasts a spacious rear south-facing garden, perfect for enjoying sunny days with al fresco dining on the inviting decked area.

At the front, you'll be greeted by a well-maintained landscape. There is free parking for 1 car. For EVs, there is an outdoor charging socket located in the driveway. Charged at cost via an honesty box. **Please note that you need to bring your own charging lead**.

For additional parking, please note that public parking in North Berwick can be complex, as restrictions are set by the local council and may change seasonally and from year to year. We strongly recommend checking current parking regulations in advance of your arrival. Unfortunately, parking availability and enforcement are outside our control, and we are not able to assist with parking arrangements on the day of check-in - https://www.eastlothian.gov.uk

**This property has undergone extensive refurbishment and will be ready for bookings in March.**

Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am. Access is via a key safe, the instructions for which will be provided within the week of your arrival.

To make a booking you can book directly through this site. All you need to do is select your dates and the number of guests. The price will be calculated for you. You are required to pay a 20% deposit payment with a minimum payment of £150.00 or higher which secures the property, this payment is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. Then, 42 days prior to your arrival date the balance will be payable with a separate refundable damage deposit of £150.00 due 7 days before your arrival date. Your refundable damage deposit will be held until you depart and then automatically refunded back onto your card within the week after you depart.
