"The pictures on the website are deceiving, the property is in very poor shape. One of the rooms had a broken latch/handle for the balcony. The rug had a lot of stains as well as the walls. The bathroom was extremely small and the vanity/sink was falling apart. The hallways have no AC so it was very hot. The rooms had very bad smells."

"First time staying here and am so glad we stayed on this end of the boardwalk. While only a quick trip for the Jelly Roll concert, we enjoyed the 2 days there! Hotel was beautiful, conveniently located and the rooms are the perfect size and super clean. You're right near Pocahontas Pancake (totally worth the wait, too!), Mellow Mushroom, Ben & Jerry's. "Great little bed and breakfast. Loved the room and how clean everything was. Also great that the cottage was super close to the beach and provided beach towels for guests. Cottage also provided breakfast and parking. Would love to stay again!"

"The staff at check-in was warm, welcoming and professional. The suite was clean and well maintained. The one thing that was not up to standard was the iron, it would not steam and cut off repeatedly while using. But that was not an issue because I could have asked for an exchange but never got around to it. I would recommend Coastal Hotel and Suites to anyone, couples, families or individuals I think you will fine this place to be a repeat visit."
