"I booked a king suite room and ended up in room 301. This room was in terrible condition- it was extremely outdated, nasty carpet, no lighting whatsoever in the front room, and the king sized bed in the back bedroom appeared to be a Murphy bed that was not a king sized bed. I called the front desk to switch rooms and was told they were booked for the weekend and there were no other rooms to move to. "I had room on the sixth floor and view of the ocean was wonderful. "

"The staff was super kind and professional. This includes valet, porter, bar and reception. The hotel is in an ideal location. My only issue is that some guests don't know hotel etiquette - gregarious conversations need to be saved until you've left the hallways. So many adults talking in the hallway and random children running up and down the hallway."
