"This was a great place to stay. True 3 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room table for family meals. AC units in 2 bedrooms and in dining/living room. Pizzeria, deli, cafe, and coffee shops all within walking distance. Very clean and comfortable. Communication with host was excellent. Great location and always easy to catch a taxi just outside. I would highly recommend renting this apartment. "

"We highly recommend this property!! It is beautifully decorated, centrally located and extremely clean!! We had a group of 4 adults, 2 teenagers and a 4 month old baby. We had more than enough space for everyone to sleep comfortably. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning/heating unit so that you can have your room at your individual desired temperature. "Just to be clear, when you rent this place, you are paying to get 3 bedrooms in a great spot in Manhattan and it was definitely that. The checkin and communication were great, there is a subway stop 10 steps from the front door (or across the street for going uptown), and our two adult kids each had their own bedroom without us paying for 3 hotel rooms.The place itself has some shortcomings and I wouldn't plan on doing any kitchen work beyond reheating, but if you're coming to NY to do your own...

"Great location!! Very nice area. Host was very responsive and helpful when needed. Apartment was well stocked - however, 1 bedroom was missing A/C remote. We just used 1 from another room. Some of the towels were new and left black lint all over us, but there were other towels to use. 3rd bathroom is a half bath and I missed that in the description. Also arrived to a wide open window in a bedroom but we figured out how to close it. Overall, we had a lovely stay! "

"Rui was hyper responsive and helpful. Great location that is a convenient walk to many parts of Manhattan. Clean apartment with a nice view facing south. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Yes the apartment is compact but has everything you need for a comfortable stay, clean and all the amenities you need. The location is standout. Walking distance to a lot of the sights (empire state building, grand central station, Times Square). Nearest subway station is 10-15 mins walk and there is also the option to use the ferry from east 34th street dock for an alternative way to get to Brooklyn/Dumbo and downtown Manhattan. "We had a fabulous time exploring NYC. This little apartment was in the perfect location, a few blocks from Grand Central station which made taking the subway anywhere a breeze. The apartment was great, perfect for 2 people. We had a little mixup about keys but it was a minor snag. The apt isn’t high end but it has everything you need, it was quiet and in a great location"

"I can't say this property was everything I hoped for because it was in fact VERY much more than I had hoped for. When visiting New York I generally stayed out of town maybe 30 or 40 miles away to be at an affordable property. In the future, all my stays will be at properties of this owner, in mid-town Manhattan because it was at least as affordable as the out of town properties and probably even moreso -- and the quality and available options were so much more superior.
