"This is a lovely, basic property with all the necessities in a great location. I really appreciated how easy it was to reach the host, who was always very accommodating of our requests. We felt very pleased with selecting this unit for our trip. Loved how convenient it was for walking (to Times Square, Bryant Park, Grand Central Station) and using the subway to get to Upper East Side, SoHo, Canal Street and Wall Street. There are lots of great stops for food in the area and several in our group...

There were 8 of us between babies, children, and adults, and this property met all our expectations. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. There are towels, pillows, and extra blankets. "My daughter was doing a college program near the location of this apartment so we took our chances .... so glad we did. What a great apartment and location. Yes, the bridge traffic dumps out here but it really wasn't loud at all. And the neighborhood around it has tons to offer. Management company was top notch and responded quickly to any emails I sent. "This location is very convenient, and the outside space is huge! I wish we had a chance to bbq. The entry stairwell is narrow and not fancy - but the actual unit is quite nice. I wouldn't want to have to cook much here - the kitchen is definitely small. But if you want a convenient place in midtown with outside space, i would definitely rent this again.We DID have some confusion in the booking - which seems to be a result of a private booking system that the property owners use that connects to...

"Its in a great location to the places you want to see. The bus service is very close by and easy to get to. Less than 2 minutes away. When we got there we had a couple of issues and we texted D.R. and responded quickly and took care of the issue. One thing I can say they responded back quickly with all the questions we had before our stay. Just below the apartment there a Rocky's Pizza by the slice. One of the greatest pizza around. "We were family of four stayed at this lovely place at the center of everything including restaurants, coffee shops and close to central park. Management is very easy to communicate and modern checkin process using an app. I highly recommend this place to any family looking for more space to relax after day in the city. "Pros: Very new building/apartment. Kitchen and amenities are great. Rooftop area is nice (great views). Host very responsive. Accessible by bus. Nice to be away from "busier" areas of lower east nice. Cons: Bed a little uncomfortable for two people. 10 minute walk to closest subway."
