"The host was amazing to deal with and when you are doing a trip to NYC that helps a lot. Place was super clean! I don’t think you can find a better value in Manhattan. Honestly book this place. 2 bedrooms. It’s not too cramped. They keep it very clean. And the AC unit actually works and keeps you cool. I have stayed in a lot of places in Manhattan and for the money this is top notch!"

"This is a very nice condo in a great location. Easy access to subway, buses, restaurants and deli's. The gist was easy to work with and tried to be accommodating. "

"A great apartment, couldn't be closer to Empire State really! We were met on arrival and shown around which was really welcoming. Subway stations locally and the east river ferry from the end of the road. Coffee and bagels from Chelsea bagels were spot on too! "

"My stay at this beautiful Midtown East apartment was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Manhattan with easy access to everything. "Great location, not what is listed but was for good reason and in a better location. Theres was just a little mold in the corner of the bathroom. Other than that prime location, iconic building. Great gear communication from the owner. I highly recommend"

"Very clean, comfortable, and well appointed! My family and I slept well and enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the well-stocked coffee selection and beautiful glass mugs. There was also a convenient spot in the building to store our luggage for a few hours after checkout, so we could stay out a bit longer on our last day before returning to pick up the luggage. "We had a fabulous time exploring NYC. This little apartment was in the perfect location, a few blocks from Grand Central station which made taking the subway anywhere a breeze. The apartment was great, perfect for 2 people. We had a little mixup about keys but it was a minor snag. The apt isn’t high end but it has everything you need, it was quiet and in a great location"

"My daughter was doing a college program near the location of this apartment so we took our chances .... so glad we did. What a great apartment and location. Yes, the bridge traffic dumps out here but it really wasn't loud at all. And the neighborhood around it has tons to offer. Management company was top notch and responded quickly to any emails I sent. Would definitely re-rent this place for sure! Thanks for a great week! "
