"Lidt sjovt. Da vi ankom ingen i recptionen, for de havde travlt med et bryllup.... endelig op på værelset,,, Først duede bruseren ikke, så vi flyttede værelse. Der var der kun koldt vand, og det spruttede ud af hanerne indimellem. Morgenmadsdamen sagde god morgen på både engelsk og fransk og vinkede når vi kom og gik. Blev ret irriteret på andre gæster, der ikke satte sig og ventede pænt. De fik lov at vente en halv times tid! Men sjov oplevelse. Og de var meget gode til at beklage og undskylde...

"Broadview Lodge is not a hotel, but a lodge at the University Campus in Norwich. Anyway the standard of the room is far better than many other hotels we stayed at in Britain, and the prices are very fair. We slept well in excellent beds, nice and quiet, the room was small but well equipped. Situated in the outskirts but only 15 minutes busride to the city. Breakfast is available, but we didn´t try it, because we had our breakfast with our local resident family. A very nice experience, we will...

"The pub that I stayed in for the night, was very cozy. the bedroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. Central to the center of town 2 min walk, the staff at the westgate pub were friendly and they cooked a very nice breakfast in the morning. the westgate is perfect for a one night stop over."

"An old-fashioned hotel in an old building but there's nothing wrong with that - it has character, unlike a lot of modern anodyne ones. Service was exceptional: accommodating and friendly. It is located dead in the centre of the old town and is ideally placed for exploring it (and for staggering back from the pubs!). It also has a well regarded Thai restaurant on the ground floor, so no need to go far if you don't want to. There is free parking at the back. I would certainly stay again if I was...

"We stayed for 1 night at this gem of a place! We arrived quite late but managed to get into the restaurant just before they finished serving. The food was outstanding! Not an extensive menu. A few pub classics such as fish and chips. I had an open fish pie which was delicious. We had breakfast the next morning which was equally as good. We did say it was a shame we didnt live nearer as we'd definitely return for a meal. The rooms were recently modernised we were told and were lovely! A good...
