"We (a family of 4, with kids) had an amazing stay at the Avon in Silverton. It’s still being reworked and gently restored, but is fully functional. The landscape around Silverton is stunning, and the hotel itself has a unique authenticity which you won’t find in any of the established hotel chains. ..."

"Great stay, the bed was the most comfortable we had on this vacation and the pillows were great. There was no check in process, they e-mail the room code and you just go on in. Also no check out as there is no front desk and the restaurant/bar downstairs was not open when we left early. Not much ..."
