Full service hotel in center of Dublin
Very friendly staff, nice bar, modern, good size room. Not extraordinary, but certainly recommendable

Unique hotel with friendly staff.
This hotel decor is really nice and staff is very friendly. Unfortunately the windows weren't working correctly, which is fine as its winter but would have asked for another room if it was summer. Would book there again though, very handy for shopping and city centre venues.

Dejligt hotel
Trinity City Hotel er et flot hotel centralt beliggende bage Trinity Castle og tæt på både floden og flere broer, to tog stationer og flere buslinjer. De fælles området fremstod meget flotte. Værelserne var ligeledes i pæn stand, men pladsen var ikke så godt udnyttet især ift placering af tøj. Højt service niveau.

Fabulous stay at the Trinity Hotel.. so Nice and High standard . Great breakfast! Great staff, and very kind concierge who helped with parking and luggage. Easy to Trinity College and Crafton st.

Exterior photo does not do this hotel justice
I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival at the hotel. The photo of the exterior does not do it justice. The interior is a modern design with plush sofas and curtains with large mirrors and a clean wooden floor. The rooms as well insulated, warm and comfortable. Breakfast was ample with a wide choice. Central location. Highly recommended

This property is absolutely gorgeous, it’s in a central location, and the rooms are very comfortable. Pros - the food and drinks onsite are top tier; valet parking is available (limited hours, see below) Things to be aware of - there is a massive construction effort underway behind the building and loud work is happening 24/7; the hotel is right next to a shelter/soup kitchen so there are dozens of unhoused people around the front of the hotel at any given time I’ll add that a man at the front desk was quite rude when I asked for the valet to bring our car round at a time that I did not know was outside of valet service’s working hours (6:30 am). He was demonstrably aggravated that he would have to find someone to escort me to the car park, but there weren’t any other options as the hotel had the car keys, cannot allow guests in the car park alone, and didn’t previously share that they had a gap in work hours. It underscored our whole experience at this hotel in a negative way.

No parking available when I arrived at 4pm. Alternative car park took 25 minutes to get to because of Dublin traffic. Room was large but basin tap fell off and shower tap unscrewed. I could not get the heating to work. This was in the old part of the hotel which for the price I would avoid if I re-book. When I mentioned all this on checking out I was told the manager would come out to see me but after 5 minutes of waiting I gave up.

Our shower didn't work. No Kleenex despite asking for it. We were charged more than originally quoted. That said - the location is terrific. The hotel was quiet (except for the construction directly next door.) And the concierge desk was friendly.

The staff was wonderful. I was able to get a free to go cup of coffee in the morning. Downside thought - My key card stopped working twice in a 14 hour stay. The hotel wifi did not work.

Very central but rooms are a bit dark and tired. Shower temperature was wonky and it leaked. Overall disappointed as we paid more for this property than any on our vacation as a birthday treat.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Trinity City Hotel. The hotel was brilliant and the staff all welcoming and helpful: nothing was too much trouble. Food and drinks in the restaurant and bar were fantastic and breakfast was second to none. We would plan another trip to Dublin just to visit the hotel again. Thank you to everyone for a lovely stay.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. My shower had an issue that I report on the first day, and maintenance did not get there until the 3rd day when I was checking out. They actually didn't even work on the repair at all. I loved the location, and the lobby was pretty. The staff was overall good.

Hotel was close to Trinity College and lots of the historical sites were within 15-20 min walk. They staff was friendly and helpful.

The lobby is lovely and having breakfast included was fantastic. It is a buffet style but the buffet was extensive. The rooms are a bit tired but overall can’t complain

Had the look and ambiance of a much more expensive hotel. All the staff were lovely. The continental breakfast was absolutely worth every euro. The airport express bus and tour bus stop is literally on the other side of the road . I would stay again.

We spent 2 days in Dublin, everything was close by we enjoyed our walks for shopping and dinner. The hotel is very nice. Rooms are good, shower pressure was wonderful; beds are comfy but pillows were hard. 4.5 stars for sure and I would stay again.

Be aware if you arrive for a late check in with a car they will tell you their valet is completely full. We then got sent to a car park in Temple Bar to park the vehicle which they said was 24 hours but was in fact closed. The staff was totally incompetent dealing the matter and the hotel is not near any other public car parks, we had to leave the car parked outside the hotel which should have been their first offer as there were other cars we noticed that had to do the same thing. They then told us we would be called in the room at 6:30am to move the car - to where exactly we have no idea because we left for an early flight. Totally incompetent and unhelpful front desk staff who seemed confused at even the thought of helping us unload our bags from the car and did not seem to understand how their own hotel worked. However room was clean and fine, but service was terrible.

I was pleasantly surprised with Trinity City hotel. The lobby is beautiful, it’s centrally located and directly across the street from the express bus to the airport and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room were rather spartan and not like the lobby but clean and comfortable enough. I would stay there again.

It was convenient to all things Dublin. If we couldn’t walk the hotel staff was accommodating in arranging transportation. It was wonderful.
