Ret nyt hotel, men virker allerede faldfærdigt. stikkontakter kunne tages ud af væggen så ledninger blev eksponeret. Rengøring blev ikke foretaget godt nok - Der var efterladt halvdrukne flasker fra tidligere besøgene. Hotellet havde ét fællesområde med reklamation om at være en cocktailbar ude på gaden, 3 ud af 4 dage vi var på hotellet fik vi at vide at de ikke serverede cocktails netop den dag - Dette var endda henover weekenden. Den ene dag vi kunne få en Irish coffee, var den så uprofessionelt udført af bartenderen, og så stærk og usmaglig, at vi var nødt til at smide den ud. Restauranten i lobbyen blev brugt flere af dagene på et stort sportsarrangement, som efterlader hotelbeboere der vil sidde sammen et stille sted, til at klemme sig sammen på sit absurt lille værelse, uden stol eller bord at sidde omkring. Deres morgenmad/Brunch var ikke særligt allergivenlig. Når man spørger om en løsning på allergi, peger de kun på de retter uden allergenen, frem for eksempelvis at fjerne det fra en af de andre retter.. Resulterende i at man på sin ferie, kan være nødt til at betale 70 kroner for en skål havregrød, som sit eneste valg, da den anden af de 2 retter, ikke blevet lavet netop den dag. For at opsumere: Du får ingen værdi for pengene, og hotellet er fuldkommen ligeglad med dig som gæst.

God beliggende med gåafstand til centrum, ligger dog lidt tæt på et fattigt område så det handler om at fine de pæne veje ind til byen. Væggene er lidt tynde så man kan høre sine naboer meget. Restauranten servere fin mad og er en god mulighed hvis man ikke vil ud at finde noget. Alt i alt meget tilfreds og kunne godt finde på at komme igen

The room was very small, hard to get in and out of the bed, due to lack of space. We missed to be able to able to open a window and get fresh air in the room. The room was very cold, when we returned to it in the evening. We missed small cozy lamps with soft light in the room. The pillows were very hard.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Very modern vibe. Great restaurant downstairs and many walkable food options otherwise. Close to transportation options and shopping. Loved having a smart tv in the room for relax time and WiFi worked great. Contactless check in/out should be at every hotel!

Ausreichend großes, modern eingerichtetes Zimmer. Super Bett, ich habe fantastisch geschlafen. Ein kleiner Schreibtisch zum Arbeiten war auch vorhanden. Innenstadt in 25 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Super Anbindung zum Flughafen und an alle Busse und Bahnen, die zum Sightseeing benötigt werden. Das inkludierte à la carte Frühstück hat sehr gut geschmeckt.

It's a GREAT hotel for the price, great food options, nice location, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The only issue was the bed, the mattress moved so much that i would have to adjust halfway through the night. We had twin beds, maybe that was the issue? But otherwise location was great, walkable to many places without being in the busy downtown area. Truly enjoyed our stay. The bathrooms were nice, room was small but had everything we needed.

When you book a hotel room, remember you get what you pay for. This hotel is relatively inexpensive, and Dublin lacks a wide selection of rooms compared to other European cities. I had a good first impression- the lobby was well decorated, and while the room I chose was small, it seemed nice enough. The trouble started at two am the first night. The guy in the room had his tv up loud. I couldn’t sleep. Someone came to ask him to turn his tv down, but he never did. I called the lobby twice, and no one answered. I got up, told my partner I was going to complain at the lobby, and I think he heard me because the tv was turned off. Front desk seemed apologetic, but declined to do more than walk up to check. No room change, just a weak apology and a promise to take it up with management. (They said they were near full and couldn’t move us, but I checked online and there were rooms). Management never followed up. By the way, the hotel’s main webpage advertises that this is a great place for bachelorette parties, so noise is likely to be a problem for anyone who stays. Location was ok. Twenty minute walk to downtown. A few pubs and a coffee shop close by. Food was ok. Servers employed by the hotel lacked attention to detail (e.g. spoon for oatmeal, offering more beer). Sometimes I had to hunt them down. On the positive, the rooms were kept very clean. It’s on the side of Dublin that’s closer to the airport. Would not recommend this place.

The restaurant in this hotel served us the best meal on our trip. Definitely recommend. The hotel is clean, great sized room for a weekend. There's a bus stop right next to the hotel, however if you're happy to walk into areas such as Temple Bar etc it is not far. Local pubs in the area are also cheaper and with fun atmosphere. Only few things to mention that wasn't ideal is that there was not a vent in the window or way to open anything, so even with the Aircon it felt a tad stuffy overnights. We were also missing soaps in the shower, but this was topped up after the next day. If you've booked a package with drinks or food included, make sure you receive proof and ask for your voucher at check in as we didn't receive anything but the restaurant / bar staff were happy to honour it when we showed them our emails. Only minor occurances, that didn't really affect any of our stay at all. Will definitely recommend for a city break in a modern, clean and quiet hotel with comfortable bed and large bathroom.
