J'ai apprécié l'hôtel, son emplacement et le personnel très gentil. Cependant, c'est dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de personnel parlant français, italien ou espagnol, seulement anglais. De plus, nous n'avons pas eu de chance car nous étions là lors des inondations de Dubaï et nous regrettons de ne pas avoir été prévenus de ne pas quitter l'hôtel. Nous sommes partis en ville et nous nous sommes retrouvés bloqués, ce qui nous a obligés à louer une chambre supplémentaire dans un hôtel en ville. Par conséquent, nous avons dû payer une nuit supplémentaire sans aucune indemnisation.

Raffles the Palm is an elegant oasis in the high rise jungle of Dubai. The staff, with without exception, are efficient, friendly and keen to make your stay perfect - particularly the concierge team and Ezekiel’s smile always brightened our day. Being on the Palm means attractions need a bit more travel but taxis are plentiful and reasonable and the reception team sort this for you quickly. Food all excellent quality with lots of choice. Only minor niggle would be that full room housekeeping missed a couple of days as despite being out most of the day access was required when we wanted to use the room.

I’ve stayed at this property before and loved it. Sadly this time it didn’t meet my expectations. The indoor pool where I used to unwind and relax is now full of young children and people waiting for their rooms! The food is not as good as it was and it has become a lot more expensive- not worth it. Maybe off season is best for this hotel. Rooms are lovely and spacious, staff good. Check out was slow and stressful, almost missed my flight but they did comp me a hotel car to rush.

We stayed in this hotel for five days, from Dec 7-12, 2023. Those five days were heavenly. The resort was palatial and gorgeous, our room was clean and spacious, with a high ceiling and a huge balcony facing the ocean. The room came with a butler (Isuru), who advised us daily what was happening that day. He took care of everything. All we needed was to tell him what we needed. The ground was big, with a nice landscape and lots of deck chairs and cabanas, around the pool and facing the ocean. We booked a club-level Deluxe King room, which included daily breakfast, light lunch, English tea, plus happy hour. Check-in and check-out were on level 6, where the club lounge was located. There were two restaurants inside the hotel: A Japanese restaurant called Matagi and an Italian restaurant called Piatti by The Beach. We only had the chance to try Matagi and we loved it. The food was delicious and creative. Everyone we met in the hotel was friendly and helpful. Special thanks go to Anelka. There wasn’t anything he couldn’t help us with. Sheikh, who supervised the butler team and the club lounge, was most helpful. When he found out we had to check out at 1 PM but our plane didn’t leave till 1:30 AM the next morning, he changed it to 5 PM. The support, empathy, and spirit from Sheikh set this hotel apart from all the 5-star hotels we had stayed with. He and this hotel will always stay in our hearts. Cab ride to the airport was about AED120, to the pier was about AED 67-90.

This is the most beautiful plush resort hotel ever!. The rooms are unbelievable the staff so friendly and the pool and pool bar Vegas style! Loved everything about raffles

Unbelieveable.
Unbelievable. The service was excellent. The room was more then wonderful. The food in the club lounge was the best I have experienced in any hotel.

Exceptional
Our stay was exceptional from the moment we checked-in until the last minute. Robert the receptionist hosted us with a smile and it took me only 3 minutes to check in.the pool was amazing, the stuff was professional, everybody is smiling and welcoming.. royal, exceptional and relaxed place. Would definitely come again.
