Fint ophold generelt. Hotellet er ikke nyt mere, men ok stand. Medarbejdere var venlige nok men normalt når msn er på er 5 stjerner hotel så forventer man ikke at personalet går ind foran en når man er på vej til sin mad, gennem en dør eller ind i en elevator, der kunne godt løftes lidt på denne del.

God beliggenhed på JBR
Super fint hotel med god beliggenhed på JBR. Poolområdet er desværre skyet det meste af dagen, fordi de høje bygninger dækker for solen. Dog kan man få en “Beach bag” med store badehåndklæder og liggeunderlag, til at tage med ned på stranden 2 min fra hotellet. Hotellet ligger på en hyggelig turistet vej fyldt med restauranter, caféer og butikker samt strand. Hotellet var rent, men den daglige House-keeping var ikke super grundig. Vil dog alligevel anbefale hotellet.

Great hotel on JBR
Nice hotel at JBR and great and safe hotel (Covid 19) . The room was nice and big (got a upgrade). Close to the Beach and to all the restaurants.

Det er påfaldende at det er et ikke ryger hotel men inden man tager elevatoren fra lobby op til restaurant og værelser går man lige forbi pubben på hotellet og den er ihvertfald en ryger pub, ud over det hele...... Kanon god morgenbuffet. Venligt og imødekomme personale over hele hotellet

God beliggenhed, men midt i byggestøj
Hotellet ligger lige ved stranden og JBR, hvilket jo som udgangspunkt er super skønt! MEN et stort hotel er ved at blive bygget lige ved siden af. Dette betyder enormt meget larm! Vi blev indkvarteret på et værelse, som vendte over mod byggeriet og kunne høre på det stort set altid. Poolen var samme historie. Der blev hele tiden arbejdet. På stranden var der ikke liggestole med akavede små madrasser??? Morgenmaden og servicen var god, men selve hotellet egner sig ikke til 5 stjerner pt. Desværre!!!

Hotellet og servicen var i top. God morgenmads buffet. Beliggenhed super. Det eneste minus er, at der er et byggeri i gang foran mod stranden. Man skal bo på den rigtige side af hotellet for at have udsigt.

Fint Hotel i super område
Meget fin service fra personalet, dog manglende der oplysning omkring ingredienser i maden, både buffet og a la carte. Fik en salat med pesto ( stod ikke på beskrivelsen) fik første gang at vide at der ikke var nødder i, spurgte igen for så at få at vide den var lavet på nødder, rigtigt skidt når man har nøddeallergi.

Vil ikke bedømme hotellet som 5 stjerner, men max. 4 Der var utrolig meget støj fra omgivelserne, trafik og især byggeri Manglende evne og plads ved morgenmaden. Strandforholdene absolut ikke prangende, sandet var fuld af skodder og affald, vejen ned til stranden som foregik op af byggeplads var snavset ujævn og lidt ulækker.

Not a Beachfront hotel ..... it is second line with like 200 meter og very dirty walk though a bulding plan to the beach - on top of this a very noisy building project is going on making it very difficult to be outside during normal working hours....

Fantastisk hotel med kun få "ups'ere"
Hotellet var et dejligt hotel med mange muligheder. Servicen var helt i top og vi kommer helt sikkert igen. Kvaliteten af restauranterne og roomservice var fantastik og gør stedet et besøg værd også selvom man ikke bor der. Eneste minus var at standen kun tilbød liggeunderlag og parasoller og ingen solsenge, ligesom det ikke var muligt at købe drikkevarer på stranden. Ligeledes at der kun var sol ved poolen 3 timer om dagen. Man skal være opmærksom på meget byggestøj da der bygges hotel lige på den anden side af vejen, hvilket man ikke gøres opmærksom på ved booking af værelser.

Hello there! 🙋‍♂️ This marks my sixth visit to glitzy Dubai 🌃 & I usually opt for accommodations within the Marina JBR areas. This time round, a slight change, I decided to try out the Movenpick at JBR for the first time.🏨 Brought along my family 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 and friends that formed two big happy units. We decided to book half-board trips for both families and dove headfirst into 10 days of supposed luxury and relaxation. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn't quite live up to expectations. Breakfast and dinner came out bland and were a sort of let down, not the culinary experience I was hoping for. 🥗🥘 As a result, much to our dismay, we had to seek taste outside for nine days, incurring additional costs which was unsavoury. Not to mention the lack of cordiality when approached for something as simple as apple and orange juice for the kids while dining in. The restaurant staff even went as far as to say that soft drinks were not included! 🙄🍹 On a brighter note, the reception and cleaning team were wonderful, especially the dedicated folks at the swimming pool. The lifeguards were extraordinarily helpful which made my day every time. 🏊‍♂️👍 One hiccup was the fact that despite having a scenic balcony view, the noise from horns and exhausts made sleep an impossible task 😴🚘🔊. Would I recommend the hotel? Yes, mainly due to its fantastic location! 👌 But I wouldn't say the same about the on-site restaurant. If you can take your meals outside, I suggest you

Really enjoyed my stay at Movenpick. Staff are very professional, friendly and courteous and a special shout out to the pool attendant and bartender. Hotel is very well situated to bars, restaurant and beach. Will definitely stay again when I next visit Dubai.

One of the older hotels so don’t expect too much… pool hardly gets any sun and the main lobby smells of smoke… oh and you can hear outside noise when in the room.
