Dejligt verelse. Verelse 09 (Suite) men servicen var enten ikke tilstede eller mangelfuld. Serligt tydeligt var det under vores "Chill and Grill" arrangement, hvor det var tydeligt at personalet ikke var helt klar over at service (bestik og servietter) er en naturlig del af en grill-aften. Der blev serveret forskellige slags drinks uden at nogen af dem dog mindede om det de skulle vere.. Men fint verelse, med B&O lyd. Dog uden at det kunne bruges i forbindelse med TV, eller radio som lydkilde..

This hotel is very nice and has excellent layout but too far away from the city. If you don’t mind driving 30-40 min or spending your vacation in traffic you can book this hotel. The villa was very spacious but upon arrival we had literally no toilet paper or face towels, their attention to detail is lacking in my opinion as every hotel I’ve stayed at has these items fully stocked on check-in. Overall nice place but overpriced

Stayed here 2 nights before boarding a cruise ship so I just need a nice clean quiet place to recover from a 15 hour flight. The room was spacious cleans and quiet. Service was great. Nice welcome snack was in my room. The view sitting outside looking at polo field was nice at night w chill music and the cosmos I had were very good even though they were not on happy hour. I like the bar bites menu where you could get a small bite if you weren’t hungry for a big meal. It was a great value for what I needed.

Beautiful property, immaculate keep of grounds and swimming pool. Unfortunately, amenities are limited to the weekends like a Polo game. The staff including the Front Office Manager do their best to keep you well taken care of.

Room for two was fantastic and spacious! I had no issues getting Ubers to get to downtown Dubai. The property is like 20 minutes from downtown. Room service was great. I wanted to try the polo restaurant while there but didn’t get a chance to. Very lovely property and great room service staff. Great service all around.

Très bel hôtel avec cadre magnifique au calme, grande piscine très agréable chaise longue confortable mais manque de parasols se qui et fort dommage, nous avons séjourner dans une suite polo club avec balcon très belle vue chambre spacieuse, literie très confortable, salle de main énorme et magnifique vraiment le top Le petit déjeuner à la carte très copieux et nombreux choix possibilité de le commander en chambre sans frais supplémentaires c’est vraiment formidable. Great Stay
It was great and an enjoyable stay. Really had a great time walking around the area, seeing the horses and enjoying the green fields. The staff were great Baker and Modi to name a couple. Pity that we don't ride horses but next time we shall endeavour to ride.

O hotel é excelente para passar o fim de semana que vai de quinta a sábado, de domingo a quinta é um hotel para descansar. Apesar do meu status gold tanto no hotéis.com como na rede Meliá nao me foi dado nenhum up grade na chegada, mesmo o hotel estando completamente vazio, nisso o hotel poderia ter sido mais atencioso e atento, quando questionei sobre o upgrade disseram que nao me foi dado por que nao reservei direto no site do hotel. Bom mesmo eu entendo que nao tenho direito a upgrade obrigatório, porem sou gold também pelo hoteis.com e isso nao foi o suficiente. alem do mais o hotel estava completamente vazio nao faria diferenca ser gentil com uma cliente que é Gold também no programa deles. O café da manha é organizado de forma totalmente ridicula para um hotel 5 estrelas voce só pode tomar cafe ou suco e apenas uma unidade, e escolhe a opcao de 3 tipos de cafe ja prontos e definidos, nenhum deles misturado o suficiente ou voce só come pão, ou pao com queijo e feijão. ou ometelte e queijo. nao que seja insuficiente mas poderia ser bemmmm melhor principalmente pelas 5 estrelas que o hotel faz questao de ostentar.

Unreasonably expensive.
The only thing good about this place is the fact that its outside of the main city. Aside from that everything is the same as a normal basic hotel. Personally it wasnt worth the price i paid. I could have gotten better service for less.

An oasis of peace, nature and luxury
We stay regularly at Desert Palm because it is an oasis of peace and luxury away from the craziness of Dubai. The staff are amazing, the rooms are some of the best we ever stay in (always aim for the Polo Suites). Pool is lovely. If you want a quiet getaway just half an hour outside Dubai, this is the place.
