"Beautiful property. The host was friendly and accommodating. Great location for exploring some of the major sights in the area. A natural spring on site provided delicious drinking water. I had a family cabin with a kitchenette and washing machine. There were no screens in the doors/windows, but the beds had mosquito nets. I rented an AWD vehicle to get there. "Très rustique , équipement minimaliste mais suffisant pour un très bon séjour en pleine nature….. Véhicule 4*4 souhaitable pour l’accès…"

"Overall we loved it, though it would have been good to know that you can't drive to the hotel if you don't have a proper 4WD as it is located at the end of a long and steep tarished road. Luckily the hotel offers an transport service for the dirty road between 8am and 5pm. They also offer food(preorder only) and drinks at the bar. The staff was very nice and always helpful. Our favourite was the weekday driver. The cottage had a very nice kitchen unfortunately not much utensils in it... Being so...

We love adventure travel- especially to SCUBA Dive.... and this trip was it.Pinard Mountain Village will pick you up at the airport if you want. If not... Make sure you have a car with clearance... the road up can wash out and has some challenges.They can cook meals for you. Close to Diving.Close to water falls and hot springs.Awesome views."

"We were fortunate to enjoy a stay in April 2025 and it was a very relaxing and pleasant vacation. The cottage and the grounds were beautiful. The covered outdoor space with hammock were inspiring- loved swinging reading a book, enjoying the views day and night. There is enough kitchen gadgets to prepare meals and coffee at "home". "Stayed here for 4 nights, the cabin is very interesting. It is in the lovely garden of the owners, a little bit outside of the main street in Calibishie, so better to have a car. The kitchen is great, bathroom also, however there is no airconditioning. The view is awesome from the hammock and terrace. The owners are very nice and friendly. Thanks!"

"Really enjoyed our stay. A. The cabin had a terrific view and we had everything we needed for our long stay. We took advantage of some of the freshly made food items that Amber and Simon offered. Loved Calibishie and their location is great for exploring the northern part of the island. "

"I have now been staying at Fort Young a good handful of times and it is always a pleasure to visit. The rooms have been done up since my last visit and some sort of construction was still going on outside but not disturbing. In general a great stay as always but avoid they breakfast. The morning staff in the restaurant is letting the hotel down. Service is below the usual standard and the buffet consists of lots of empty trays...you'll be lucky to fill your plate. This happened every morning...early or late."
