"Had asked for an airport pickup. He didn't show and after several calls with the hotel, they had another drive to come and drive me. That resulted in 30 minutes wait and they still charged me.

The room was spacious and beautiful in a minimalistic style. Tombo House is placed inside its own big garden which is beautiful with a lot of different plants, a swimming pool, a nice area with a bar where you can chill and a rich animal life. Seeing birds and monkeys from your balcony adds to the experience.
The highlight of the place is the people. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. Especially the two girls in the breakfast...

"Vi har haft et super ophold, både før og efter safari. Personalet er enestående. Specielt da vi havde et uheld med et brækket håndled, dagen før vi skulle hjem. Direktøren arrangerde transport til hospitalet, og tog selv med for at hjælpe os. Helt fantastisk service, personalet kom med blomster, og alle var hjælpsomme og imødekommende. "A great find! The room was spacious and well maintained, the host was lovely, and it was a close walk to numerous stalls with a variety of goods and amazing fresh produce. Having a kitchen allowed me to stay in if I wanted, but the apartment was also close to bars and restaurants. There is a close-by bar that plays loud music, but not super late, and I actually liked hearing the local music. The people I met were so friendly! And really, the host was very accommodating and responded to questions...

Should I mention one thing that could be improved it would be the pillows. There is one small pillow per person. Additional pillows or bigger pillows would be great.
