"We had a wonderful stay at Pinewood Resort & Spa, which fitted our requirements perfectly in not being too large but offering everything that we were looking for - pool, gym, spa, beach, multiple restaurants. One of our party was a vegetarian and there could have been more choice for her. We had booked on an all inclusive package, which was convenient as none of us are large drinkers, but being limited to house wine and having to pay the full cost for cocktails, rather than a small surcharge,...

"Clean, quiet, safe, spacious room, convenient location and great staff."

"The food was better than expected, nice pool with no loud music. Right by the beach in the south end. Staff helpful and Even gave us a WiFi booster. Unfortunately it didn’t help so only WiFi in lobby. Monkeys steal your stuff. But good value for money. "

"The coral cove Diani , by far the best travel experience of my life Will come again and plan a longer stay Food top notch , our designated waiter for our villa Charles , went above and beyond As to even traveling to market for items the resort did not have available"

"Staff was the highlight of the stay - super friendly and helpful. Room is dated already, not much amenity (had to ask for hair dryer every time needed to use). Same chain as Boxo so sometimes Boxo guests sneaked in and used the pool which was not very nice. An ok stay, bit less quality than the price paid"

"Fantastic location, food and service! We will definitely be back!"

"We ordered the hotel with breakfast included but when we should check out the charged us for the breakfast. The hotel could not see that we ordered with breakfast but we could show them our reservations with breakfast. They became very rude and refused us to leave before we paid. "

"Very suitable for families, with a great host."

"Clean, well decorated, spacious and friendly staff. Good value."

"Meget behjelpelige personal. Vær forsiktig med å spise i uteområdene på hotellet, da apekatter kan stjele maten."

"The hotel was kept in excellent condition; my room was cleaned & towels were changed daily. The rooftop bar & pool were also maintained in tiptop shape. All of the staff were smiling, helpful & professional; with special mention of Robert (manager), Fridah, Joseph & Nassir (reception), Rashid (marketing), Jane & Sharleen (waitresses) & Tina (head cleaner). The security personnel were always alert & polite. The food was always well prepared with a great menu selection (& room service readily...

"Kein Klima , kein Fernseher wie im Angebot vorgesehen, die Klimatisierten Zimmer waren verschimmelt. Deswegen habe ich notgedrungen ein Zimmer mit Ventilatororen nehmen müssen. Personal ist hilfsbereit und Freundlich. Sind im Moment am renovieren."
