"Communication was fine and helpful until the day of check in. I was supposed to receive a email with codes to the rooms and the front door 1 hour before check in and didn’t receive them at all. Once arrived at the location I had to wait 30 minutes outside with my family waiting for codes that did not even work to get into the building. "This is a great place in an amazing location if you are visiting Disney/Knotts Berry farm. Tons of restaurant/food options nearby and very close to the freeway which made it easy to navigate during our stay. This is also a great place to stay if you are out and about all day and just want a nice quiet place to sleep. The place has no living room or area to eat aside from outside area.
