"This condo is clean and functional. Both bathrooms are on the main floor so be aware that people in the upstairs bedroom will have to travel down stairs to use the facilities. Beds were comfortable. "After our perfect stay here, we would never stay anywhere else in Cancun. Miriam was the ultimate manager. Her communication skills and helpfulness was unparalleled. She was always quick to reply to any of our questions and met us at the villa when we checked in (she even did our initial food shopping for us)! "We had a wonderful time at Casa Zama! The neighborhood was quiet but also close to restaurants. The house and pool was spacious and we thoroughly enjoyed spending time by the pool, evenings in playing games, and chef meals in home. The AC worked great throughout. Maria the housekeeper was friendly and very efficient. My two recommendations would be to include a map of the house and more detail about the kids bunk room- it was very small. Otherwise we had a wonderful time! "
