"Easy access to everything we needed in Rochester. The only thing we could have asked for was additional seating in the living room. Beds were super comfortable! "

"A very clean and comfortable home. Plenty of space for my family (3 of us). Lots of extra towels, beach towels, blankets and kitchen supplies. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash being supplied was a nice touch. Practically across the street from Seabreeze and just a short walk (or drive) away from a beach. Neighborhood is quiet (other than the noise from Seabreeze which closes at 8pm). During our stay we were impacted by the poor air quality so we spent more time indoors than planned....

"We had an amazing stay at the property with a multi-generational family (grandparents, parents and kids). We had 4 kids ages 1-7, and 6 adults. The house was so well set up for the kids and adults, we will definitely be returning.There are so many good things to say but here are some of the highlights: We loved walking around the track in the backyard, making smores by the firepit, catching frogs at the pond. We swam to our heart's content and got fresh eggs from the chickens every morning. Kids...

"We had a great stay at the house!! It is updated, very clean, & great size! The master bedroom, bathroom, & closet are HUGE which was perfect for my daughter’s family (hubs, 3yr old & 1 yr old). The closet was big enough to serve as a bedroom housing the pack in play & 1 yr old which was perfect for naps & earlier bedtimes. The beds were comfortable. "Nathan was a very nice host. His lovely home is in walking distance to the center of South Wedge and the community couldn’t be more welcoming and brilliant. The market co-op, the amazing children’s bookstore Hippocampo, and some excellent cafes are all in a block or two walk from the relaxing rental house. "
