"Property was close to RIT. Only problem was ants in the kitchen. Other than the ants, it was clean & as advertised."

"The house was clean, aside from pet hair from previous people staying. Communication was great and very easy. I will say that if you do have accessibility needs that this house would be a problem since the only bathroom is on the 2nd floor. It wasn't a huge problem for us, but others it might. It was just something I overlooked. "

"Rated 4/5 because of the exterior. The entrance requires lighting at night. The rear steps need to be repaired. Lastly, there was an excessive amount of fallen leaves, and due to rain it was very slippery. The interior was great!"

"We stayed here for one night while attending a concert in Fairport. This house is in a nice neighborhood.....Our grandsons played in the driveway which is behind the house, away from the road, and I was able to walk my dog in a nice neighborhood. We were all over the place from the Strong Museum to High Falls Park to Fairport... this house was easy to get to from anywhere. I'd highly recommend this rental -- 5 stars :)"

From its location, gorgeous layout, comfort, cleanliness, EVERY amenity a family or group would need, plus an added bonus of a large hot tub on the deck, it was an A all around Don't let the 3 bedroom count fool you, there are several pull out couches that can accomodate more guests If we are back in the Brockport area, this will be our go-to home!!"

"We stayed at the cottage while we moved my son in to his dorm at University of Rochester. The cottage was spacious and charming. The host included thoughtful touches like some tea and sugar in the kitchen and hand lotion in the bathrooms. We had coffee on the back porch in the morning and watched bunnies eat the clover. The location is perfect. Close to the campus and food option. We will definitely be back!"
